They came out and looked and pushed the pile of stone and soil back under the bushes. They said if it appears again to call and they will set a trap. it did not come back over the last 3 days so I did not call. I paid and they left on Monday.

Delivered as promised, price, time scheduled and results.

They showed up on time the first time. They were 2 hours late the second time I used them. I was told that they had an emergency at the stop before me. Also, the company charged me what they said they would charge.

We finally took care of "our" raccoon! We were starting to joke that this little guy was never going to go away. Thankfully after I decided to call ABC to help me out, it was over in about a week. I almost feel a little sad. They were efficient and professional, and I'm glad that I the guy who came out was very friendly. I recommend them.

I was hearing lots of scratching noises at night, and could no longer ignore it. When I hire ABC they started checking it out, and turns out that there was a whole little system inside the walls for rodents. I gotta say, that the way ABC got into the walls was a lot smoother than I thought it would be, and there's barely anything visible now that they finished up the job. So far, so good. I'm feeling quite satisfied with their work.

ABC sealed several different entry-holes, and gave me a lot of education about how to check for mice (squirrels, birds, bats and other pests as well) in the future. Apparently it's something I should do every year or so. Good staff, good service, and I would recommend them for similar work.

I hired ABC to catch a bat that had flown into our basement! I had lost track of it myself, but they were able to come out the next day, locate it and also let me know about the rabies test. Super grateful and would definitely hire them for other projects. Great work.

We live downtown and have a real rodent problem. We put up with it for some time but it was getting out of control. We called ABC Wildlife to deal with the problem. A friend of a friend had used them in the past and were really impressed. ABC identified the mouse routes and strategically placed bait accordingly. They came out a couple of times and the mouse activity has dropped to nothing. Clearly, these people know what they are doing. I highly recommend.

Just built a shed out back last spring. Animals seem to love it. It would really work out for us if we could start charging rent. It usually doesn't bother us but we recently got a skunk as a tenant. The scent was overwhelming at times and with needing to access the structure coming up in the summer, we decided to have it removed. We called ABC Wildlife, they set a trap and that was that. Problem solved. Great techs with lots of knowledge. We were so impressed with ABC that we are going to have them out later when the ground thaws to construct a barrier from the shed's foundation underground to prevent more critters.

Scurry noises were coming from above the ceiling. I did some research on who to call and found that ABC Humane Wildlife has been dealing with this kind of problem since the 70's. They inspected my attic, the outside of my house, and yard to set up traps. The workers were always well spoken and had nice uniforms and trucks. Before they wrapped up the job they cleaned up the waste, replaced damaged insulation, and repaired my roof along with installing vent and chimney covers.

Heard some noise in my attic for some time. Called ABC Humane Wildlife who identified the disturbance as bats. They proceeded to trap the animals and determine the entry point, which they repaired in addition to other possible vulnerabilities. They also cleaned up the droppings. The quality of service was great and the technicians I dealt with were knowledgeable and professional.

We had the exterior and dead attic space of our new home inspected by ABC technicians. They took photos of construction gaps that might serve as entry points for small rodents. An ABC crew sealed these gaps and installed screens on our attic vents and fans. The result of this project is that we have been completely pest free for years. We have an ABC technician come by periodically to check for activity, just to be safe (a service we very much recommend). Everyone from ABC is highly knowledgeable, efficient, competent, personable and punctual. We cannot imagine a better company.

I was awake one night when I saw a small white animal run across my living room. I almost thought I had imagined it, but then I started hearing scratching sounds at night. I hired ABC to identify the problem, and it turns out these little critters are super elusive and hard to pin down. They ended up sealing some entry-ways that they had found in their assessment, and I'm pretty sure the problem is resolved now. It's been one month, and the random critter sounds at night have stopped.

They were thorough and courteous. Found our problems and made suggestions how we could deal with our issue ourselves so they did need to come back.

I'm hiring ABC to rid my single-family house of mice. They've been extremely professional. They first set me up with baits to identify issues. They are now identifying entryways. Once they clear all vermin and seal all entries, they will start the next step. This is 1) remove SOILED INSULATION with ONE SYSTEM, and 2) install FRESH INSULATION with a SECOND FRESH SYSTEM.
