On-time, friendly and efficient...!

The specialists that came to our home were helpful, but the staff in the office was not. I had to call a few times on a couple of issues and was told they'd either send someone out the next day or someone would call back that day. This never happened on any of the occasions. Also, after the project was complete, we received a bill for $85 from one of the trip out to our home, even though the specialist left a bill that day stating we owed nothing. Anthony in the office was able to remove the charge, but it definitely made me feel like I will find another animal control specialist if we have another raccoon or other small animal problem.

They were 40 minutes late, but the final project turned out great. I will use them again for my "animal" problem and recommend to my friends.
