Description of Work: Inspected for rodent/wildlife in the home, identified possible entry points, set bait stations, sealed possible entry points, returned to check bait stations. Very responsive and punctual, answered several questions. Just wish the website providedore information regarding services and pricing.

Description of Work: A bat flew into our house. ABC arrived within 30 minutes. They caught the bat, which was resting at 20 feet on our brick fireplace. They tested and confirmed that the bat was not rabid. Results were provided within 2-3 days. Hopefully that is the only bat that will fly into our house. If another bat, or other critter comes in I won't hesitate to call ABC.

Description of Work: We called ABC to treat a wasp nest and inspect for others. The crew was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and gave good suggestions for prevention. They're pricing is, I'd say, mid to higher level, but in the end, they handled the problem and we had no further problems with wasps.

Description of Work: One or more rats moved into my chipmunk burrows around the patio, backdoor, and south side of house. They evaluated the situation and set out 4 bait stations. The rats are eating the bait so hopefully they will die. ABC told me that rats take awhile to remove so they come back weekly to refill or redo the stations and check the situation. All of the people with whom I have worked have been professional, pleasant, helpful, and more than willing to share their expertise and answer all of my questions. While I was unprepared for the cost to remove the rats, I do know how intelligent and resilient they are so I am prepared to do what is necessary. Who knew rats would live under your snow during a hard winter?! Yuk!

Description of Work: A skunk decided to move into a spot under a shed in our back yard. ABC came, set traps and we all waited. Fortunately the Skunk moved on but we did rid ourselves of an exceptionally upset racoon. | |We have used ABC in the past with similar results. Description of Work: Had a problem with mice getting in the garage, then into the house. They were gone with in a few days, thanks to the guy that was out. He also, pointed out just where to keep the dry dog food.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for animal capture and removal. They were to come and trap squirrels that had roosted inside a hole in the attic. They caught one, but did not respond in a quick enough time to pit it up and the squirrel had died of a sun stroke. They placed a second trap, but nothing came of it. Overall the experience was about a C. I think they are understaffed and have a poor way of coming back to get trapped animals.
