The work was professional and punctual. Their representative did try to do some upselling, but that will happen with most providers. He did explain his recommendations when I asked questions about them and I was able to choose what I wanted. |

Description of Work: Caught and picked up 4 raccoons over 3.5 weeks. Everyone I talked with on phone and every tech that came to house very professional and courteous and helpful and answered all our questions.

Description of Work: ABC did a good job removing two squirrels from my house. They wanted $900 to replace 2 three foot section of soffit which seemed well above market. Good at removing varment but expensive for repairing. Hire a handy man instead for the repair work and save yourself the $$.

Description of Work: I thought the service was to catch a animal in the attic...after I purchased the service I found out it was ONLY to determine if you need a animal captured. WELL, I obviously did not need for them to confirm an animal was up there ....I could hear it, I saw the droppings and I would not have looked them up if there was never a problem.. Who in the world would pay for something like that if they didn't know they had a problem!

Description of Work: Call was for terrible skunk smell throughout our house. Provider determined that the skunk was under the porch that extends the entire front width of the house. Recommended putting in a screen a foot below porch which would cost $1100. Another vendor came out twice, found a DEAD skunk under the porch with a camera and removed it. His total bill only $200.

Description of Work: We have had problems with skunks the last few years and ABC came out to set traps. When a skunk was trapped, they came out promptly to remove the skunk and re-set the trap.

Description of Work: It took about a month to receive a report/pictures that were promised the next day. I understand that it is a busy season, but a quick call about a delay would have suffice. There was no communication at all. Also, the estimates to fix the damage was increased by over $150.
