Description of Work: ABC identified the suggested treatment for the animal situation, which would take a few weeks due to the infestation. The traps were set with capturing or closure of all the traps Ina short amount of time. When contacted to clear out the traps, no one would come out except for the schedule timeframe. When the scheduled weekly timeframe was complete, was told I would hear back from the technician that provided the service but no one provided next steps. No follow up and did not deliver the quality service for the expensive payment that was expected.

Description of Work: Investigated odor (possible animal) in-home (attic, basement, bathroom), and outside home (parameter of home, front entry for any open areas), but found no trace of an animal. Called out bird nesting damage to vent in attic to outside of home, unable to repair but offered to come back for additional fee. "Very" pleasant technician, answered all questions, and gave some suggestions for future prevention.

Description of Work: Rich explained the process of extermination to me over the phone, then when he came out, he inspected the exterior of our house and found a problem area, where we have rotting railroad ties... source of the ants. He educated us about the types of ants we have, carpenter and army ants, and explained the process and what we could expect (increased ants initially)and why NOT to use Raid!. He was very helpful. He even arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled time!

Description of Work: Evaluated squirrel problem in my attic. Set traps, picked up captured squirrels and sealed points of access. They were timely, very professional and solved the problem.

Description of Work: We have used ABC Humane Wildlife Control for a couple of years to trap racoons that decided that living beneath our backyard deck was just the perfect place. They set and baited a trap, and on three successive nights it caught a critter. We called their answering service in the morning and an ABC professional came and removed the animal later that day, and then reset the trap. We were visited by several different people, all of whom were courteous, efficient, speedy and very professional. They each took the time to explain exactly what they would do, what they suggested as the next course of action, and what to look for on days when there was no animal activity.

Description of Work: I have used the services of ABC a few times over the past 2 years. There is a problem with skunks in our neighborhood, and at one point there was a family of 5 living under my deck. It took a few weeks, but ABC was able to rid my yard of the animals. I would definitely use ABC again.
