Description of Work: Company returned multiple times (on my request)because they did not complete the job. I had to inspect all parts of the job or they would have left openings in my roof (and they did anyway). They held onto my credit card and made charges without my permission/notification. It's been over a year since the service was completed and they have not come back to check the work an offer the warranty as they promised in the beginning of the project.

Description of Work: Bat exclusion. Very professional, punctual and detailed. Excellent at follow up as well. Emailed my estimate and took pictures of work to be performed. Had to put 50% down and bal. after work was completed. Always kept in contact with me. Kind of pricey though............guaranteed work for 1 year. Happy to be bat free! :)

Description of Work: THEY REMOVED 8 SQUIRRELS IN TRAPS AND REPAIRED THE PORCH WHERE THEY WERE GETTING IN. THEY CAME PROMPTLY WHEN NOTIFIED THAT THERE WAS SQUIRREL IN THE TRAP. IF I EVER HAVE A PROBLEM AGAIN I WILL CALL THEM.

Description of Work: There were hidden costs with this service. Process was very long (4-5 wks). Sanitation of attic after entrapment was a 10 |min service visit that cost $500. Not sure I'll use them again.

Description of Work: They were called in this year to remove the smell from an old nest that they worked on the previous year.Their service was excellent the first year and the squirrel problem was eliminated. We had no more squirrels even after a year. The only problem was that the smell from under the eves was still a real problem inside a corner of the house. We called them again this year to work on the smell. Today the smell is still there .

Description of Work: The service provider did not show up for the first scheduled appt. which was made after I paid for a special deal through Angies List. After a 2nd appt was made, the provider arrived promptly as promised. So far, 6 raccoons and 1 possum have been trapped and taken away.
