ABC Humane Wildlife Control & Landmark Pest Mgt

We had a raccoon that snuck in to our warehouse so we called them to remove it. It went perfectly. The guy came in with his trap and was in and out within 30 minutes.

They've been great. They're very compassionate, punctual, and professional. The people in the office always nice to me. I would recommend them.

I have found about ABC Humane Wildlife Control & Prevention Inc from Angie list. This was the first company shown in search. I hired the company for $250 to catch the animal and remove. The company representative came and put cage. The animal is NOT caught and NOT removed either. I have been trying to contact the company but no response. I have called Anglie list Homeowners to see if they can help out to either refund my money or complete the job. I still request the company (ABC Humane Wildlife Control & Prevention Inc) to honor their commitment and remove the animal or PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY so that I can hire some other company. If there is some help for arbitration it will be great.

Everything went great! Everyone I spoke to was kind and professional. It was very easy from start to finish.

Scott was punctual and very professional, he answered any questions I had with confidence. I was slightly concerned how they would treat the situation since I have a bird in the house, but the way they treat is investigating and treating directly at the source with baits instead of bombing your house with toxic gas. I would have them perform service for any friend or family member in need!

So far so good. They were informative and performed the work as promised. I would recommend them to others.

We had a bat entire our hotel lobby, and ABC quickly responded and had the bat removed less than 3 hours after we called.

Showed up on time with the right equipment. Knew exactly how to handle the problem. Quick work on the job and never had another problem with the bees.

Ok, no Skunk in the trap, but a dead one was found under our garbage bin and removed. They sprayed something to get rid of the smell and all is good.

I worked with Rebecca and Stephen to take care of a skunk infestation that I had in my yard. They were professional and sent their team to my house in a very timely manner. The whole process required very little of me and resulted in exactly what was outlined from the start. I didn’t feel pressured to upgrade to better services and all the costs were fully explained.

Great experience start to finish. Thorough explanation of problem and remedy. Quality installation on protective steel mesh that was transparent. This prevention was challenged several times by critters but stood the test of time. We did have one new penetration this year, contacted ABC, who quickly fixed the problem, without charge, and could not have been nicer about it! I was satisfied first time and beyond satisfied with the second encounter. They know their stuff and back their work.

ABC Wildlife was very helpful in dealing with my skunk problem. I had initially called ABC a year prior to trap a skunk. At the time, the technician suggested a more expensive option than I was willing to undertake at the time. He wasn't pushy about it and didn't bring it up again on subsequent communications. When the skunks returned, I called ABC again. The same technician came, remembered my problem, and suggested that that expensive solution would help. Again, he wasn't pushy about it. However, he did remember some particulars of my situation, and explained clearly how their solution would solve my problems. I ended up getting their solution, and the communication in setting it up and completing the solution was all extremely helpful.

Showed up on the agreed upon date. Called day of service with arrival time. Skunk is gone. I was not on site for the capture, so received copies of service report and billing via email a day or 2 after the service was performed.

Four days after I called, they were available to come to my house. Once the service person showed up, I walked him to the backyard to show him where we saw a mother and 5 baby skunks. He looked at my patio and said I should raise the dirt level. I explained that I only saw them at my tree line. I asked if he was going to set traps. No, because they would just catch other animals and I would have to pay to remove them. I asked if I had to pay $125 for his visit. He said yes. He did NOTHING. There was no inspection. I could have gotten more advice on the phone or internet. What a complete waste. I continue to see the skunks in my yard, nowhere near my patio.

Great - they came, set traps, emptied traps and came again. Every call was answered and the problem was solved.

Some chipmunks removed. However, don’t feel like I got my money’s worth. Told them from the beginning that I heard chipmunks in garage wall in Spring. Their solution was to put out traps. But, it was cold this spring so the chipmunks didn’t leave where they were hiding under my front porch and a wall cavity in my garage and were coming out every four days to check traps until I told them we needed at least a week between visits. Even then, they still didn’t catch any until it got significantly warmer which at that point I had reached the maximum amount of visits. We complained after that last visit and their solution was to charge us another $400 for just four more visits. I wish they would told me when I first called that it was too early to have put out traps and to have waited another month. And oh yeah, I still have plenty of chipmunks.

Not only did he remove the animals, ended up being birds in our bathroom vent, he replaced the guard to keep them from coming back.

They were extremely professional and highly punctual. The technician they sent spent the time to go over exactly what they were doing and what to do once an animal was caught. We had earlier seen a small family of skunks wandering through our backyard and after making a call, they came over quickly and set out a baited trap. Over the course of a few days, we captured not only skunks but a couple of possums as well (the bait must attract a variety of different animals). In each case, the technician came back and spent the time talking with us and was extremely friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation about hiring them again. Excellent experience.

While I did not hire them, I called them for a mice problem because I had used them in the past. They promptly sent someone out who did an inspection (free of charge) and provided me with a quote for mice remediation and for sealing my home to ensure entry points were fixed. I did not go with them because their prices were a bit higher, and I specifically did not want to use poison baits for personal reasons, and they did not provide trap service (which basely anyone does anymore). But everyone was punctual, professional, easy to work with, and I know they do good work. I will hire them again for future problems.

I was super grateful to get a fast appointment time. The technician was super sweet and put my mind at ease about any potential structural problems with my house. After he removed the squirrel, he told me about the process that happens to it, where it goes after this, etc. I really appreciated the human interaction around this, and that it was a actually a kind person doing good work. This company is great. Definitely someone who can take care of your needs.

Everything went super! I asked for the service because I really wanted this little family of raccoons to be dealt with in a good way -- that was my main concern. What I got was super-responsive customer service, a clean technician who knew how to care for my home without leaving anything dirty, and a good conversation, too! haha. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from ABC Humane Wildlife. From the moment I called for a quote to when the technician arrived in my home they treated my home, my pets, and I with respect and explained the process the whole way through. I recommended them to my neighbors as well!
