Description of Work: They trapped and removed 7 squirrels from my attic and repaired the roof on the front porch where the squirrels gained entry.

Description of Work: Squirrels had built a large nest in my eaves and I could hear scratching on the wall of my office. ABC figured out the point of entry, trapped the squirrels (one by one), cleaned out the nest and repaired the damage. It took longer than I expected due to the number of squirrels that were living in the nest, but overall I was happy with the result. I had to follow up a few times to keep things moving, and there were a few instances of miscommunication, but most of the employees I dealt with were professional and courteous. I think the overall cost was a little steep, particularly since there was a charge for each animal removed and I had a lot of them -- but then again, it's not something I want to have to spend any money on. I would use them again for pest - related problems.

Description of Work: have used them for preventive treatments for bees/wasp, they helped remediate a rodent problem. sealed off entry points into our home. They are awesome.

Description of Work: Helping us solve a mice problem which requires lots of steps to include checking progress on our bait traps and identifying entry points. The problem is abating I'm happy to say and soon we'll be dealing up the entries. Ryan -- our senior tech -- has been terrific!

Description of Work: I had a hole in my roof patched up due to squirrels. They came over 3 times to set traps, and caught 3 squirrels. They are expensive -- $75 per visit, and their charge for cleaning and repair was pricey. Other companies do not charge such fees, so unless you have plenty of $$$$, I do not recommend them.

Description of Work: A couple of years ago we had squirrels that got into our soffets and some of the attic space beyond. ABC took a couple simple steps to test entry points, and set traps for the squirrels. They were very responsive when we called to let them know the trap was sprung, and they'd come that day to retrieve the animal. Once there was no more signs of entry, I was able to patch up the opening myself and that was it.
