Description of Work: The provider check my gutters and roof top from the ground. He came into my house to check out the attic. He noticed mice dropping in the attic and suggest remedies to fix it or go with their company to do the work. He informed me well about animals that are poisonous and animal who are endangered who cannot be touch! Learned a lot! Would hire them in the future.

Description of Work: I have a Skunk living on my property and the exact location of the den is know. ABC Set a trap and serviced the trap on several occasions. The 1st trap was defective and the new one was delivered no charge. That new trap produced no results as well.... while the technician kept assuring us they would be successful, we got a different story from the office. We were told there are no guarantees with how wildlife behaves. Bottom line, they bring a trap out, and will charge you to rebate the trap each week and you could spend hundreds and hundred of $$$ and never get rid of the problem. Skunk is still there.

Description of Work: They set a trap to catch a skunk that had burrowed under our front porch. I had previously used ammonia & hydrogen sulfide to rid the skunk. The skunk was never caught, but it didn't return & I had the damaged area repaired. ABC was punctual, informative, & helpful.
