They always do a really good job. They always call to say they are coming. Anytime we see anything and call theme, they come out virtually right away.

It turned out great. They got rid of the animals.

I have used ABC several times now. The staff, both on the phone and in the field are: courteous, friendly, professional, neat, and prompt. The prices they have given me have been surprisingly affordable. I will use them again in the future as needed. I will not hesitate to strongly recommend this company to everyone.

ABC Humane - Humane NOT!!! Bottom line - Management is irresponsible in ensuring prompt and humane removal of animals once captured. I will report this to Angie?s List, Better Business Bureau, multiple animal and humane organizations, and the power of telling this story to everyone I know. Appointment and technician was good for initial trap set-up on 8/10. Cost for set up was $238.50. The lactating mother was caught that late evening and I called the 24/7 number at 10.08 pm to report the capture. Company called at 9:57 am next morning (08/11) saying the animal would not be picked up until 3:00 - 6:00 pm that day. I strongly voiced my concern that the pick-up was too late - temperatures were nearing 100 degrees and the traps were in full sun - especially when the company is only 10 minutes from my house! Company called back shortly after that saying one of his appointments cancelled and he could get to the traps sooner. I called the 24/7 number at 6:10 am (08/12) to report juvenile c*** was captured. Company called at 9:27 am saying the animal would not be picked up until 3-6 pm. I again voiced my concern about the inhumanity of the animal being left out in near 100 degree heat and full sun and questioned the lack of proper staffing to remove the animal in a reasonable timeframe - they are only 10 minutes from my house. Company said they cover a lot of territory. I stated it appears management has not properly staffed their business to ensure prompt and humane removal of animals ? especially in the heat of summertime. I questioned the purpose of the 24/7 reporting line if they don?t pick up animals until the late afternoon anyway. I called the 24/7 number at 10:31 pm( 08/12) to report 3 nursing baby coons in the traps and expressed my concern with the expected near 100 degree heat and inhumane pick-up times of the past few days. Company called at 10:24 am saying the animals would not be picked up until 3-6 pm. I called the Company again to voice my concerns with out success. The Company called at 5:54 pm saying they would not be able to pick up the animals until later that evening. I found out today (8/14) that my neighbor, two houses down, heard the baby animals crying all day long from roasting in the full sun. They stayed at home to water (spray with hose). My neighbor stated to me how inhumane the Company was in leaving them to be out all day. My neighbor was very upset with the situation and with me. I called the 24/7 number at 6:30 am (08/14) to report a possum in the trap and again at 10:30 am when I discovered an additional nursing baby c*** in the second trap. The Company called at 10:40 am saying the animals would not be picked up until 4-6 pm. It is 4:16 pm as I write and I hope it is sooner than later. I have stayed home to spray the animals every couple of hours until they are picked up. If I didn?t have to invest so much up front, ($238.50) I would have terminated the service that first day. The Company made NO effort to address my concerns and is proof that HUMANE is not part of the culture management has created. I will terminate the service today as all the coons have been captured and will never use them again.

Everything worked out just fine. The only issue was with the results of the test. They told us they'd call within 5 days but we had to reach out to them to get results.

We called them and they were able to come out within one to two days. The man that came out was very professional and easy to work with. Everything went good and we would definitely use them again.

They came when they said they would and did the work they said they were going to do. If needed, I would hire them again.

Everything went well. They guarantee their work for 5 years. I would use them again.

They came out when they said they would and were on time. It was a little more expensive then I thought it would have been. They were honest in telling me the chipmunks might hibernate and so the work might need to be done again.

I have used them for many years and have always been very happy with their services. The person who comes for the work is wonderful and does a great work.

ABC was successful at removing the squirrels, but they weren't kidding when they said that other squirrels would move right in as soon as they determined that the attic was accessible to them and empty of other wildlife! The overall cost would have been lower if I had had the roofing company ready to come right over and patch up the roof, but I had lots of trouble finding roofers available to work at that time of year(another reason why I joined Angie's List!)and the squirrels came back before I found one. Unfortunately, all that ABC does is remove wildlife; they told us up front that they could not fix the roof. But in any case, ABC's personnel were always cheerful, friendly, professional and punctual.

Nine weeks later, I found the new nest, just a few feet away in the tree. I called and was told I would be charged another $250.00. Thanks to Angie's list I found another company that would remove them for $130.00 and guarantees it for a year.

Each year we have a lot of bees and hornets building nests in the spring and summer. I tried out a three-treatment program with ABC Wildlife; last year, I used a different pest control service. They stressed using natural pesticides not harmful to the environment or wildlife, or our dogs. It cost a lot of money, with decent results, but we had a problem with hornets getting into the house through a hole outside. They were conscientious and prompt and dependable. The issue is just whether it's worth the money next year.

The wasps returned and when I called they said it was probably because of the rain. They returned twice after that. The nest was finally inactive after the third time, but the season was almost ending so I don't know if that helped. Later, I received a bill saying they only charged for the first treatment. They did not charge when they came back. I had not paid. When I retrieved my canceled check and called them about it, they found my payment.

They were very good. They were out within a few hours to pick up the raccoon once it was trapped.

I inspected the yard and foundation, and did not see any bait boxes. Also, the holes in our foundation as identified on the report didn't seem to exist, but others did. So I grew skeptical. I had not checked Angie's List before calling ABC Humane, but decided to check afterward and found that ABC had some questionable reviews and ratings. So I called another service to compare their recommendations. I found they had no inspection charges and much lower costs to handle many of the same services if needed. I called ABC Humane and spoke to Vito, the owner. He sent Joe, the inspector, back to show me the bait boxes. Joe couldn't find them and claimed that they must have been removed by "something". As for the holes, he just scratched his head and said "huh?" when we found they didn't exist where he had reported them. I called Vito to have my money refunded. I must say that Vito was easy to reach, very responsive, and quick to offer a refund to resolve this disappointing situation.

The guy came out and checked my chimney. He suggested putting caps on my chimney. They came back that same week to put those caps on. They had to be specially made for my chimney since it is older.

The technician told us that we had 2 live animals remaining and that ABC would have to return to set traps. He quoted a very high charge for trapping and offered to come back and do it more cheaply himself. We did not choose to go further with this firm and gave them a check for less than the $350 since they did not perform the cleaning as promised and spent only about an hour providing service. The odor returned after the technician left. Two days later another company came out and removed 2 long-dead possums for only $70.00. There were, in fact, no live animals in the crawl space. This company overcharged, and provided inferior service and deceptive tactics. However, they did agree to accept the lesser amount of money we gave them since they did not provide the cleaning.

Very bad experience. When I called to request service in July, I reminded technician who answered the phone that the company's treatment had stained the porch roof shingles last year, and that the company had replaced the shingles with no hassle. (In fact, situation was handled very professionally -- last year.) The technician looked up last year's history and assured me there would be no similar staining problem. Different technician applied anti-wasp treatment and stained the porch roof shingles. Calls to Vito, apparently the owner-manager, to discuss situation, have not been returned. He's always in meetings or on the phone. Certified letter apparently was not deliverable. Web site has been reduced to just an opening page. My guess is that company has disappeared.

They took full advantage of a bad situation with outrageous pricing to fix the damaged parts of the house (where they had to do in to get the bats) and the bat-proofing. After speaking with other people about the service they performed, and then going back to them, they refunded some money, but overall, they cannot be trusted!

Very well. They were very knowledgeable, from the first telephone call to the people that came out to set the traps and remove the animals. I thought they were coming into the chimney but they immediately figured out that was not the case. They looked outside the house for small openings where the animals were coming in.

We had a problem with squirrels chewing their way into our attic and were looking for a humane solution. We called ABC and they suggested a "population reduction" where by they would place traps around our yard, catch the squirrels and relocate the squirrels to a forest far away. I asked the wildlife technician if someone was available on the weekends in the event we caught a squirrel on a Saturday or Sunday, and he said yes, 7 days a week. We caught the first squirrel on a Saturday and called ABC immediately. They said they could not come out until the next day. That night, a raccoon somehow managed to get the cage open and eat the poor squirrel. All that was left the next morning was squirrel carcass. Not exactly the humane solution we had hoped for. They also charged us $75 to come out that day even though the squirrel was "DOA" and obviously no longer needed to be relocated. I suppose the good news is the squirrels are no longer chewing their way into our attic.

They said they could come out and it would be $150 per trap. Each additional trap is $95 and every pickup would also be $95. They have a different trap for each animal. They also have a travel charge. I told them I appreciated the information but their price was high. If a few of my neighbors had chipped in I would have gone with them. She was very informative.

Even came on a Sunday to empty traps. Returned phone calls promptly. I did not have to be at home for much of the service. Would definitely hire again (but hope I won't need to) and highly recommend.
