We liked them very much. We were impressed that they gave us good advice and did not charge us anything. They seemed honest and came promptly. When it did appear we had animals to trap, they explained how they charged and what options we had. They trapped 3 skunks and a possum. We liked that we could buying spraying for order and flees. We really like the way they do the underground fencing. They were always honest, courteous, and helpful. They did fine work. They have a video for resetting and re-baiting the trap, but having them show you is better.

We would definitely use them again.

tenant in my rental house called to report noises in attic. ABC showed up next day .checked house and checked roof multiple times found no points of access and determimed that animals had not entered house, Spoke to tenants and answered thier questions.

They were able to determine that their were mice, no squirrels or larger creatures.

They were personable and flexible with our schedules. They brought the trap out and explained what they were doing. They also made sure it was in the best place possible and even came back out and reset it once more just to be safe and did not charge for an additional trip.

I called on ABC Wildlife Control & Prevention INC in the springtime to remove the dead birds and to put caps on the roof. They were punctual and they did their job. They were in and out they were great. Their rates are reasonable and they are professional. I will use them and again and I do recommend them.

They caught a skunk, racoon, and several squirrels. They did a good job and I would use them again in the future.

We smelled skunk from under our front porch enclosed by siding and saw where an animal burrowed under the siding. ABC came out, inspected the property and baited and set a trap. There was a skunk in the trap the next morning. Brandon came and removed it. and he baited and set another trap just in case it was a female and there were juveniles around. There was no skunk the next morning, but there was the day after that. Another adult. They did not set another trap as it did not appear to have come from under our porch. We have watched and sniffed and we do not believe any skunk has returned.

Called on a friday to ask for a technician to come to the house. They were able to accommodate my schedule for Saturday. They called first thing in the morning to confirm the time and showed up exactly when they said they would . Ryan was very polite and thorough. He told me what was going on and did not try to sell me any additional services. When I called on Monday to say that a raccoon had been trapped, they were able to give me a time when they would be by to pick up Rocky. It was a very pleasant experience and I would use them again.

It was great! The technicians first tried to lure them out, and then put up some closures to see if they had gotten out, but the squirrels had already evacuated. We had no worries and everything went really smoothly. We were able to move forward with the projects we wanted. Their price was very reasonable for the time they came out. We were very happy with them.

We’ve used them for a number of years. The experience has always been good. The technicians are always prompt, efficient, and as arrive as quickly as possible.

Very nice company to do business with. They are professional and responsive. The technicians were very polite, thorough and hard-working. Would recommend them over a regular pest control company for mice since they do a more thorough job. We've used Orkin and Anderson in the past and they were unable to reach all affected areas. Wildlife control companies are trained to navigate difficult spots.

They company does a good job and was very polite, professional, and timely, but is not quite an A rated company yet. The quality of the work is good, but there were enough "hassles," mostly from the office that made the overall experience leaving a bit to be desired. Remember though, you are hiring them to get an animal out of your house, so the hassles were just a minor inconvenience. When I originally scheduled the inspection, they were a no show as my file was somehow lost and they forgot to put it in the system. When they did show, Brandon was great and took the time to explain and answer all my questions. They installed bat excluders in the early spring and attempted to remove them a bit early in the season, so had to come back out. Also, I had to call them back as a few spots were missed on the sealing/caulking. They were very responsive to my follow up, but still a hassle. Then the billing company kept calling me for permission to charge my card for the final payment even though the job wasn't totally finished, so clearly the woman in the office in charge of accounts receivables isn't talking to the guys in field about job status. At the end of the day, Brandon was great and the company completed what I needed them to get done, but with a few minor hassles along the way. As a result, I do recommend them.

This is the third time we used them. I rate them high overall. They call back the same day. We had three different technicians come out and each of them knew their job well. We had no problems at all with them. Their punctuality is perfect; as soon as they can get out here, they do. In terms of price, I have nothing to compare them to. Their quality is also perfect and they provide good service.

It was basically abasement without destruction. We refer them to everyone we know in Glencoe and anyone else who needs that kind of help. They are truly knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and humane. They are a great company. They are awesome. We love them. We had some birds nesting on the east of our house and also some field mice who invaded our attic. We have a contract with them. They come out quarterly. If they have something on the plate with us then they come out. If we call them they come right out. I haven't heard my husband complain about their prices. We would absolutely use them again.

sORRY THIS SHOULD BE IN THE SERVICES PERFORMED BOX They came out and sprayed powder where the bees were entering behind the siding and sprayed foam for a 3 foot section around the entrance.

They are extremely responsive. Not only do they show up, they show up on time to the minute. The call ahead of time to re-confirm all appointments. Everyone who has been sent to my house as been extremely professional and knowledgable. They are trained according to state licensing and requirements and are knowledgable about that. They are very knowledgable about wildlife as well. They are very courteous. This company stands out because they follow through on what they say they need to do. They will ask for a description in regards to what is being heard and or seen and make their own observations and they will come back with their own diagnosis and plans to remediate the situation. They are very concientious about their hiring process too with the workers they hire. They are very humane and specific in what they use for bait for animal removal. I use them now for ongoing prevention. Even though I pay for the service up front, I'm not that easy to get ahold of and they ensure they get in touch with me, making an effort to call me time and time again until they do reach me. I use them for a maintenance program. My mouse problem has been elminated but I am making the choice to continue with the maintenance program. They make extreme efforts to get ahold of me to follow-up and ensure everything is going as planned. When they call they call to come out to visually see what is going on with my maintenance plan. There have been no surprises with them. Someone is always available to answer the phone and they get back to you immediately. It is not unusual to have same day assistance.
