ABC is very professional, courteous and responsiveness. I definitely recommend them.

I wanted a few days and no call, in the mean time I find a second nest in wall, and maybe a 3rd(could have been a drone searching), but the 2nd hole was/is quite active. I then call the company back leaving information and mentioned no getting a return call. Was told someone would call me back in 10 minutes. I get the call back, and was told the approx. cost on that one confirmed nest, $5,550.00-$8,000.00!!!!! AND if there is another nest that would affect the price substantially. I was stunned, shocked and freaked out about the costs involved. He told me all what was involved, a construction crew, bee keeper, cutting into wall, not knowing how large the nest is, asked how long this had been going on which I did not know since we had just bought the house and moved in a couple wks. ago. He told me, rather emphatically, You HAVE to have them taken out and the wall cleaned out or they'll come back, the wall will grow mold, attract insects and rodents. It being a matter of my own health & safety. He said they wanted to come back out to see what was involved and check on the other sightings I had found, which would be the following Monday(today). In the mean time I searched the internet, called other companies who did not handle honey bee nests. Finally after hrs of searching I found a bee keepers forum, from there I found a list of honey bee removers-not companies rather individuals who do this as part of their living and many are bee keepers-www. beeremovalsource.com As I was typing this one of the before mentioned guys, Dan Parizek, came to my door to check out the nest. .He examined one bee which I had captured, and one which came out of the wall- turns out it is NOT a honey bee, it a mason bee, similar in appearance-yet way different. No wall to be cut & rebuilt. He directed me to ChemWise. And the man didn't even charge me for coming out! Upon leaving he said, "There is still some good guys out there". He also said, there is no way it would cost that kind of money to do this job even if I had honey bee nests-it would be closer to maybe 1k and it would have to be a very large nest/job. Dan is a member of Cook DuPage Beekeepers Association, Illinois State Beekeepers Association, and the American Beekeeping Federation and a carpenter by trade. Sounds qualified enough for me. And far more qualified then ABC, and certainly FAR FAR more honest. I am more than disgusted with ABC Humane Wildlife Control & Prevention. That's is the first & last time I will call them.

They were great. I called on a Friday, they were able to accommodate us the very next day for the inspection and then come back the day after that with the necessary tools to open up the side of my porch and get the dead animals out. The person who came was professional but also had a good sense of humor, was great about finding a spot on the side of my porch to remove that is not visible from the street and then patched it back up quite well after her was dene. He was also kind enough to take a look at my next door neighbor's strange droppings for no charge so the neighbor could figure out whether he needed to call them in. Will definitely use this company again, for live trapping or dead animal removal.

We called ABC Wildlife because of a skunk sighting one afternoon. We've had numerous run ins in the past with skunks trying to take up residence under a backyard shed. They were courteous and sent someone out the next morning to set a trap. After several days with no results, called again and had another trap set since the first one was malfunctioned. After a few more days, the trap caught a squirrel, and at that point we had the trap picked up. All of the guys who came out were friendly, courteous, and answered any questions. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

The above covers it, though it took a while for the estimate to come in.

Overall I know we made the right choice to follow Andy's recommendations. We also opted for the 6 month plan that would include re-evaluation of our situation and resupplying the bait stations. We have peace of mind that our yard won't be overrun by chipmunks and our dogs are once again free to play in their own yard. I am very pleased with their professional and friendly service. They took the time to listen to our concerns and did a thorough evaluation of the inside and outside of our home. Going with A-B-C Humane Wildlife Control was the right decision for us.

They responded very quickly, found to be very knowledgeable and they fixed the issue.

They were very helpful when I called and even suggested other avenues to try that would not have cost moeny ~ like calling a wildlife place, the police, and animal control. As it was after 3 PM, I made an appointment for ABC to come the next day, but they told me I could canel if one of the places I called would help me. None of the agencies that serve my town would do anything about it. I was concerned about this sick animal being in the yard where my dogs play, but I also felt so bad for the racoon as it was clearly suffering.The window of time thay gave me for the appointment was bigger than I normally like ~ I think it was three or four hours. When they got to my house, it was actually past the latest time in their window. That might not have mattered so much to me if there wasn't a suffering animal involved. When they got there, they did an efficient job of catching it.

After a couple of months of trying to trap them on our own with traps provided by our village, we called ABC with the hopes that they could remove the critters. I contacted a few vendors based on Angie's List referrals and ABC was the first to respond, within a couple of hours of my initial call. While the first raccoon was caught within a week of the traps being set, the second animal seemed more cagey. After a couple of more weeks, ABC returned and baited their traps with "raccoon lure". Not sure what was in the lure, (or why it wasn't in the traps initially) but it did the trick and both raccoons were trapped and removed within a month. Everyone from the office staff who set up the billing to the "trappers" who came to the house were professional, prompt and courteous. Would highly recommend! While I hope not to need them again, I will not hesitate to call if I ever hear that scratching in the walls again!

We called the company to get an estimate on our wild rabbits in our backyard on a Friday. We were then told that they would call in the morning and would probably come by that morning. The next day, we were told that they would come in the evening (we weren't available) and would come the next day, Sunday. On Sunday, they called and said they could come in the afternoon and we unfortunately couldn't wait for them to come out then either. It was frustrating to have to wait for a company to come out for services over the weekend. Very disappointing.

The service turned out well. I have used them a couple of times. They are here quickly ,take care of the problem, and then are gone quickly.

Saw the possum in the midle of the day on back outside stair landing.. We chaced it away, but it came back and was agressive. Called ABC Wildlife.They came within an hour and caught and removed the opossum. They said the animal was sick..Just hope it was not rabid.

We used the Angie's list coupon for the initial inspection. We believed we had squirrels coming in through vents on the roof. They set traps, explained the procedure, etc. All was good until we stopped hearing squirrels. They put up indicators that they said they would check in 3 days to make sure we no longer had squirrels. They were supposed to come back on 2/1, but did not. I called the following week and they said they would be out the next day. They usually call or leave a note when they come out. We had not heard from them so on 2/13 I called back again. They claim they did come out on 2/8, but would need to come back again on 2/14 to check the vents. So, they started out great, but once I wanted my vents capped, it took two weeks and my follow-up phone calls to get follow through. I decided to cut my losses and will have someone else cap the vents.

I decided that I could best delay action until spring.

They came out as we had suspected squirrels or rats were stuck in between the roof and roof deck, since we could hear scratching noises every night. They came out and did a complete inspection. Based on the symptoms, they determined we had mice in the walls of our home addition. They promptly found where the mice were getting into our home, and gave us easy suggestions to remedy the situation. The result? No more mice! Many thanks for helping us out!

We called ABC Wildlife on a Saturday after moving into our new house and finding a disgusting amount for rodent droppings in the basement. The person answering the phone call was extremely pleasant and reassuring that ABC Wildlife could not only reduce the amount of rodents on the property, but could eliminate with a guarantee the rodents from entering the property. A person was able to come out that day and put down bait stations and give a quote on rodent mitigation. The pricing seemed a little high, but when we found multiple skeletons in the basement, we wanted to act quickly and with confidence that the problem would be solved. ABC Wildlife came out several days later and sealed around the entire house where brick abutted to wood siding, covered vents with mesh, eliminated gaps around air conditioning units and concrete steps where rodents could hide or sneak in. They worked tirelessly and were at the property for a good 6 hours. Since having the mitigation system put in we have had no rodents in the house. Fast forward 5 months and I find a mouse in the flue for the furnace exhaust. I call ABC Wildlife immediately and again, they are informative and reassuring. The offer to send someone that day to remove. When the technician arrives, he is curteous and respectful of the property by wearing booties in the house. He offers to take a look at the bait stations and refill no extra charge. We discuss how the mouse permeated the mitigation and the technician informed me that he was likely there prior to the mitigation judging by the body. That said, they did not charge me anything to pick up the mouse and check the bait stations even though there was not an intrusion of the mitigation system. I hate to say that a mouse would keep me up at night, but I do sleep better knowing that there no rodents in the house due to the mitigation and bait system that ABC Wildlife provided.
