Excellent service. Matt came out quickly and removed the bat. He also checked all the rooms, closets, and attic for signs of bat nesting.

Both vendor and client agreed to let the birds be for now wait for them to leave their nest then that's the time they'll proceed to remove the nest. They are highly recommended as they follow through on the things that clients need to expect during a project. This allows client to be prepared and decide on the next steps that they need to be taken for our request.

Needed after hours service for raccoon that was clearly suffering. Matt, the technician was punctual and successfully wrangled the raccoon into a cage and removed it.

The tech who came to remove the bat was amazing. His sharp eye spotted the bat almost immediately and with his expert "capture technique" he swiftly and gently scooped up the little critter. Then he checked various places in the house, just to make sure there were no other bats. I lived in the country many years ago and had to deal with minor wildlife "invasions" like this, and I have to admit I was very impressed with how the tech captured the bat without hurting it. Follow up from the company was also excellent. HIGHLY recommended!

The nest was about the size of an overinflated football. 1st visit was to exterminate the wasps in the nest with a follow-up visit for nest removal.

Knowledgeable, courteous, took time to answer all our questions. Provided complete solution, both removing animals and installing defenses against future invasions. Adapted procedures to work within Covid-19 restrictions and made several visits at no charge when these adaptations required more trips than usual. Prompt and professional. Called ahead the day of each visit and emailed a service report after every visit.

We live in a small condo building. They refused to work with me on obtaining a quote and making an appointment for service because I'm not on the board, even though I had an email from the Treasurer authorizing me to do so. It was extremely frustrating and we eventually worked with another company. Meanwhile, we lost two days (with an animal in our unit) trying to get it done prior to a holiday. Would definitely not recommend.

They were polite, prompt, and they did what they advertised.

Excellent. Colin was punctual, surveyed the site, explained what was going to be done and was willing to take any questions. When I gave him the "go," he dressed in a bee suit and sprayed powder in and on the hornet's nest -- at least three times. About an hour later, there were no more hornets. Colin will return in several days to remove the old empty next. We were very pleased with his work.

ABC is very professional and friendly. Everything including what they would do and the cost was upfront. $86 for assessment (with coupon) and $75 for each pickup of laid trap. I could stop the service at any time. Yes, this was expensive for me but I needed the skunks gone as one of my cats had been sprayed. As it turned out, skunks left but a large family of possum moved into burrows. As of right now, it looks like we got rid of those too.

Jason was able to come out the same day I called to check for a possible infestation based on noises i had heard in the attic. The good news was that he found no current evidence of an animal gaining access to the house either in the attic, the basement or around the perimeter, which put my mind at ease. He also gave suggestions on what could be done to help prevent access around my garage door, electrical box, etc...I had a lot of questions because I was really concerned and he took a lot of time to check thoroughly and discuss potential causes. He reassured me that my attic was one of the cleanest he had seen, and some evidence would have been present if it had been breached. I would not have wanted to climb up in the attic alone to check for animals, so it was a great deal (only $20) and a great load of anxiety off my mind. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and I would gladly recommend him to others.

A mother racoon & 4 babies and a possum was removed. The company cancelled the follow-up appt. to see if the attic insulation needed disinfecting/replacing.

I must say All the young men from ABC Humane Wildlife Control and Preventions was the most well informed, polite and really made me feel at ease. They explained each step they took. Thanks to everyone who helped me get through these 2 weeks. Thanks to the GREAT customer service team. Thumbs up to all you guys, what a well trained crew.

Very well. Very professional. Very courteous, they were efficient despite of the weather.

ABC set cages outside and inside in an area we though it could access. Raccoon was caught in outside cage a few nights later. Worked with both Tony and Jon who were excellent and provided updates on their ETA.

It was good. They did a good inspection. Reasonable price.

The job isn't complete, so far so good. My suspicion is that they caught all the squirrels that were in my home. But they still have some restoration left.

They were very friendly and the interaction was brief. They were clean and very respectful.
