The inspection went great, furthermore the fence work went as planned. It did take three weeks to schedule (it was a decent sized job as it took 4 guys a day and 1/2 to finish). They came on time, and worked during the summer heat. They planted a trap for the animals as well, and when no animals came within a few days they finished up their work. They were very upfront and honest about pricing, and they even honored a coupon that should not have been on the site. They really know their stuff, and ABC Wildlife would be my first call to deal with any future animal problems.

If you want to know the extent of a mouse problem and get a proposal to solve it these are your guys. I am sure they are good at all kinds of critter control. The mouse inspection is very thorough and free. The proposed services are a bit pricy but I trust these guys will really solve the problem.

They were wonderful. They did pretty much what I wanted them to do.

Hard to manage, as this was for a rental property. Provider invoiced a list of dates that did not line up with tenant reports for animal removal. An animal died in a trap before it could be retrieved/released, greatly upsetting my tenants.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice but not always well-informed. The quality of the visits to check the traps and implement repairs depended a lot on who the field staff person was. For example, on the first visit, the technician was confused about how to apply the big deal payment I had already made online. Then another representative tried to tell me it was $75 to pick up each squirrel from a trap, and not the $75 per site visit (regardless of the number of squirrels) I'd been quoted. I had to call the central office to straighten that out or else I would have overpaid. On a couple of other occasions, promised activity was delayed because the person sent didn't have the skill level to do the job. A technician would say "this person didn't feel comfortable doing this because he is new" or "someone else has to do the chimney cap." Fortunately, they did not charge me for these extra runs but it did drag things out in terms of repairs being done timely. They were good about coming to pick up squirrels when I called to report a squirrel had been trapped and a couple of the senor technicians did a really nice job of explaining the issues we were having. However, it wasn't until the very end of the job that someone commented there was a gutter guard missing from one side and that didn't sound like a new development, but instead something that had been overlooked. The cost was a bit more than I expected but given the extent of squirrel infestation, it's probably reasonable. It was hard to get a sense of that until pretty late in the job. I would probably use them again but I would be a much more savvy consumer this time around and be sure that they are sending experienced field representatives.

Work was completed appropriately. Only concern was pressure to pay in full prior to work completion. They asked three separate times. Explained to worker that payment would be made upon completion of project. ABC complied and payment was promptly made when job was done.

At this point I had 6 traps set up. 5 out side of the home and one in the garage to try and get rid of the chipmunks. I had 3 that got in my house. I was told they were getting under my siding. I signed up for a year program. A little high for me, but Im hoping this will solve the problem for now. They offered to put a grill under my siding, but I am not able to do that as it costs anywhere from 2000.00 to 3000.00.

Everything was great. Bob was very informative. He was very professional and willing to help.

There were no animals in the flu and the cap was in good condition. Nothing was needed and I was told this which was very honest.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was a little average. It didn't resolve the issue that I had and so I was disappointed. Nothing happened after they set the traps. They did try to sell me a rat remediation plan, but that was 650 Dollars, and so I didn't purchase it. I had to call them 5 times to get a quote and they had told me when they came out that they would send me a quote.

They did fine, they came out quickly and put the trap on my roof near the access hole. They also arrived promptly to remove the animal after it was caught. I will say that they seemed to be in "sales mode" trying to up-sell me additional services but a polite "no" was all it took. the service was reasonably priced. I will use them again if I have the need.

A skunk had fallen through a window well cover. The fellow who retrieved him came on time and removed him in approximately 25 minutes. When he was removed it was determined the skunk had probably been injured prior to the fall. I had called 3 other companies and this company was the only one that answered their phone and I did not have to leave a message. I appreciated getting through the first time. After talking to friends who had had similar problems this seems like the going rate.

The services I received from ABC Humane Wildlife Control & Prevention Inc. went very well. They're very efficient, quick with responding.

In looking back at the experience, the service is something that we could have done on our own, once we learned more about our problem. The type of traps that they used were the type where the mice would consume a chemical that would force them to seek water, and leave the house. These were readily available in Home Depot. The added service that I think was beneficial was that they identified a gap along the fascia by the roof that allowed the mice to enter, and they were also able to identify the primary nest. After that initial discovery, and once the fascia was repaired, it was then a matter of playing the wait game to see how long it would take for the "treatment" to take effect. It was already past the 6 mos. treatment period, and we still had mice, perhaps one left, which we eventually caught in a more conventional trap. Overall, I liked the initial investigative/discovery phase to help us diagnose the mice problem. But I think I could have saved some money had I known what the treatment would entail.

Called and set up an estimate quickly. Company said that there are many birds that they can not remove themselves due to environmental laws, which I didn't realize (even the common ones). Was supposed to come out next day but they called and cancelled. Then said they would call back to set up a new appointment. Didn't hear back from them for several days, so called again. Told them a specific day that wouldn't work for us, and then got a call from the person giving the estimate that that was the day he was coming out, so we had to call again to switch the appointment. But that was the only problem we had. The guy came out, checked the hole and said the birds had abandoned the nest. Put up some temporary screening to ensure none came back. Provided an estimate to replace the wood on the roof overhang to match existing area and we set up a time for the work to be done. Person who came out, did a great job matching the area, repainting and cleaning. Looks good as new. Thanks!

ABC came out quite a few times to collect a trapped squirrel. They were very responsive to our calls and came out promptly. After the last squirrel was trapped, the provider placed steel mesh to create a barrier for future squirrel attempts.

It think they should be more inclusive in the service they offer. Perhaps a package deal includes all trips. They price ala cart.

Phil began to move pieces of insulation in his investigation which uncovered another issue (Carpenter ants) within the same basement location. After thoroughly checking the wood joists he suggested treating the affected areas. I agreed because he took the time to explain the issue and his process to resolve the problem. He also set up a mouse station at no charge. Phil will return in two weeks to determine if the problems and his recommended treatment have eliminated the issues. I was very impressed with Phil because of his analysis, explanation of the problem, and suggested course of action. He presented himself in a professional manner reflecting well on his personal presentation as well as that of ABC Wildlife. I am sure he will help us resolve the problem as we have used ABC Wildlife just last year for a different issue. Nice job as usual.

The service turned out good, my only issue was that it took longer than expected, but it was trapping an animal so it was not their fault. Something that we thought would take a couple of days or a week, took about 4 weeks. The people were wonderful in terms of professionalism and what they did.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very good. I was very happy with it. He did just what he said. I had used them in the past.

They were very professional! It took three visits to remove mom and babies and they were great. Impressed at how much knowledge each trapper had, as well as the time and effort they put in. It was over memorial day, but their policy is they have 24 hours after each trap to come and take raccoons away. They called back almost immediately every time we had to call. Very good service and did job really well.

They said they cannot do anything humanely with the animal because you have to be careful, it is very aggressive once it starts thinking that they have a home. It is their home they will fight you tooth and nail if you corner them. So the solution is either release the animal or destroy the animal; but in our case the raccoon was locked. They responded pretty quickly and were nice to deal with. They installed the cage and inspected the house to see if the raccoons had gotten in. We did not hear anything for a while, we taped the house because raccoons can easily tear apart. But the tape was still intact they were very nice to deal with although they did not catch anything but that was not their fault, the raccoon just left on its own.

We had a large hole dug out under our front cement patio one morning. On the first call, the consultant was very helpful and gave us clear instructions over the phone to determine whether or not the animal we had was just passing though the area for the night or had actually set up shop. In other words, she tried to help us mitigate the problem without using their services, which made us trust them even more. When we established that we did indeed have a resident animal under our porch, they came promptly at the time they said they would. We caught an animal and they came promptly to remove it and reset the trap. Once I accidentally set off the trap and couldn't figure out how to reset it. They pointed out video instructions on their website which were easy to follow. We subsequently caught another animal and they again came out promptly to recover the animal. The trap is still there, but if there is no more activity in the next couple of days we will have it removed. I would gladly use their services again and trust their opinion in these matters.

Came out on a Sunday, was on time, called with window availablity, professional, friendly and not pushy. Will use again.
