Everything was good. They did what they said they would do in the big deal. I had no issues with them. They did not try to up sell me any other services.

They were very responsive. They seemed very knowledgeable as to the issues related.

Hopefully, the animal has gone back out the same way that it came in. We have not heard anymore noise/sounds. We appreciated they're insight and suggestion, which also saved us some additional money. We would definitely recommend ABD Humane Wildlife and use them again in the future if needed.

He explained every aspect of what was going on. I had mice issues. he gave me all the different options I had to go about in hiring them.

We suspected that there was a dead animal under our deck. ABC Wildlife had helped us solve our mouse problem two years ago so they were the first company we called. Thankfully they handle dead animals as well. I called on a Wednesday and we set up an appointment for the next day. The window of time which they gave me was a bit problematic as is fell around the time I had to pick up my kids from their grandparents house. I informed the phone rep as well as the worker assigned to the job of this. Since the work was outside anyway, they said it would not be a problem if I was not there. Sure enough they came out when I was gone picking up my kids. The worker (sorry I forgot his name) called me as I was turning onto my in-law's street, informing me that he was at our house, that he located the animal (poor squirrel), and that he would have to dismantle part of the deck to get to it. I gave him the go ahead. I arrived back home 30 minutes after the phone call to find the job was done, cleaned up, and the worker was gone. The only sign that he was there (besides the absence of the dead squirrel) was a work receipt on our door. I was surprised it he worked so fast and very happy with the results. While our hope is to never to have to hire them again, we are glad ABC Wildlife is around in the event that we have to hire them again. Thanks for running a top notch business!

I had a squirrel problem. They came out and set traps. They caught 2 squirrels and took them away.

I never saw or heard from ABC until one day the trap was gone after about two weeks. We were told by the gentlemen who quoted filling up the hole that we should call him if anything was caught the day he left the trap. I was told that this is against the law and that a trap needs to be checked daily by a licensed trapper. If they did come and check the trap we never saw nor did we ever hear anyone. I have two very house protective dogs who bark if anyone approaches. I sincerely doubt anyone ever came back. I now have a family of skunks that paraded up my driveway and under my porch last night. I was told by the city that at this point I must wait until they're grown and out of the stoop. If ABC had been more proactive a month ago, I would not have this problem today. Did I get my $44.00 worth?? If you consider borrowing a trap for two weeks with a bitten off crust of bread left in it..then I guess I did get my money's worth.

He was prompt and professional. He squeezed himself into 3 roof crawlspaces looking for signs of bats. Luckily he didn't find any. He took his time and checked them thoroughly. He said he may have found evidence of mice, but told me I should make another appointment later in Fall to check more thoroughly for that. Fair enough: I called him there for bats, not mice. He also checked all around the outside, especially the roof. He pointed out a few places he found which could potentially allow bats to enter: he said they can squeeze into a hole the size of a nickle, and there were a few of those. All in all, I he was knowledgeable and professional, polite and easy to talk to. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a check for pests.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They caught some animals in the traps. There are a lot of animals around the neighborhood and it was impossible to distinguish where the trapped animals were coming from. They did what they were supposed to do. Overall, it was a good experience.

I didn’t feel like it was a good deal. I feel like they probably would have come out and done the inspection for free.

This is one of those deals where differing expectations derail the process and make me leery of buying any in the future. The man was pleasant enough at the beginning, but, as I explained our long history with squirrels entering our home, he became quite abrasive and even seemed angry as he informed me of how the rules have changed and we could go to jail! All I wanted was what what was advertised - a home inspection to see where they were getting in. But his agenda was different - he said: What good is it for us to come out there if we don't set traps?! I believe that was at $90 a trap. And we have our own. And we don't want to euthanize all our squirrels! So they got my money and I received no service. So, it basically seems that we pay some of these companies to let them in so they can charge us a lot more money for other services. Not always a good deal.

After they completed the inspection, we hired them to get rid of the squirrels. The technicians who came out were good, knowledgeable, and professional. They placed traps on the roof because they were in our attic. When we saw a squirrel in the trap and we called them, they did not come out quickly. They did an okay job. There is still some resolution pending on the final amount of the invoice because they overcharged us for stuff that they didn’t do. They said they were going to review the bill and get back to us but they have not yet. It seem that’s they may not be very organized in the administration area.

The service turned out fine. We are still working with the company to resolve the issue. They set multiple traps before they finally caught all the animals. They are coming back to repair the roof and damage in the attic. The technicians have been very pleasant to work with and are happy to answer all of my questions. They are eager to please and scheduling has always worked out very well.

It was good. They were very professional and they did what they said they were going to do. I was satisfied with them.

Positive side: it took a little while to find the best locale to trap the animal, but they were successful in the end. Negative side, and perhaps this is an Angieslist thing: I have been badgered for a year to write a review which I didn't feel like writing. Now leave me alone.

All went very well. We have two poodles intent on catching the creature themselves and nearly did but the possum played possum and no one was injured. My concern was for my own animals. The gentlemen when handled the traps could not have been more professional, prompt, or polite. I give their company an A plus.

We have two traps in our property to capture squirrels. (Audio 01:31-01:44 ) We captured 3 squirrels and two raccoon. I was going to conclude my business with them today and have them pick up the last trap. I was planning to go into the website for the other response because every time I go into the website, I do get an inquiry about hos this is going. It's kind of a plus and minus thing, they were very professional, they do the job well. If I had a better understanding on the situation maybe I could save some money.

They were one of the most expensive service but the one of the most responsive. They did an excellent job controlling our skunk problem. They are responsive, they are vey professional and they understand the business.

First, they didn't come out the day they scheduled to come out. Then they didn't show up the next day at the time they said. Then, when they did come out, Charlie tried to up sell my wife on the $400 "package deal" to remove a bird from the vent. Other companies had already quoted me $100-$200, but we thought ABC could get out earlier He was disingenuous and unhelpful. I will find someone else that is reliable and doesn't try to take advantage of people.

The company was nice... it was confusing a bit at first.. I thought the total price would be 44$ the coupon price.. but they also charge for visiting to pick the trap.. they were still nice to charge me only for 2 visits instead of 3

Had them set up traps on the roof to catch a raccoon that was trying to get into the house. It had managed to climb up to the roof and was ripping apart the siding and insulation. They were able to trap it after a few days, they also repaired the spot where it had tried to get into the house. They also came back out a few weeks to tack the siding back down (it had popped loose) and to make sure there wasn't another raccoon trying to get back in (the followup visit was free). I also had them animal proof our chimney so that birds would stop getting into the house. We have had that problems for years, and it hasn't happened since they repaired the chimney. Would use them again.

I purchased the Big Deal on 5/22/14 and still have not heard from the company.

The whole process of getting rid of all the squirrels invading the soffits of my house took about two weeks from start to finish. The provider set traps with peanut butter in them and returned promptly after we called to report that the two traps were full. The openings to the holes in the soffits were covered with cardboard to reveal whether the squirrels were re-entering their hideaway. After the cardboards were untouched, they informed us that the squirrels are gone.

The initial guy that came out to do the estimate and see if there were squirrels living in the gutter opening was very professional and courteous. He even told me a way I could save some money for the initial assessment. He gave me clear instructions of what to do when a squirrel was caught and how to respond. I just think they could have been more efficient in laying out more than one trap versus one trap at a time, especially if you know that on average we'd be catching 5-6 squirrels. It was hard having to deal with this for about a week. Sometimes the technician would come for the trapped squirrel and then we'd call 2 hours later stating there's another one in the trap having to wait a whole day for it to be picked up. When a squirrel was caught, I or my tenant would call them. We often got the answering service, but someone would call me the next morning with an estimation time. They did come during the time, but sometimes the technician wouldn't tell me they were outside removing and replacing a new trap. Once I waited three hours only to find out that the technician came and went. I really would have liked a phone call after each visit just to keep me informed. The lady answering calls during business hours was always very friendly and apologetic. Overall it was good, and I might use them again. Hopefully we won't have to ;)
