They did a good job. I had no problems with them. They were a good provider for me. I don't have any issues with ABC. They were fine. They have set prices. They have a price for coming out and for each animal they catch. Most of the companies that do that type of thing do. There was something there and they were able to set the trap and catch it. With regards to pricing, a lot of these things are too high, but they did their job. We get what we pay.

Went well. Fixed roof with no issues.

They did not catch the raccoon. We think that he decided to move on. The company was very helpful, but it seemed quite expensive if you want them to put special vent covers onto your roof. Ultimately, we decided just to have them put a cage on the roof and fix the entry points ourselves.

Very polite, informed were out of area to service me.

Trapping did work over an extended period of time. We had some disagreements over the cost of the provided service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal. The impression of the company was good but it took them a while to get me the estimate that I was waiting for. It was way higher than I had anticipated so that was the reason we didn't move forward with them. The person that came out was very good. He was very informative and very experienced.

The big deal was $44 and there was a $75 fee to get rid of the skunk. My impression of the company was pretty good. They answered the phone, they showed up when they said they would, and did the job that I paid them to do. With the big deal, it was cheap but without the big deal, they weren’t all that cheap. Their responsiveness was very good.

He trapped an opossum. We were not sure if there was nothing else under there but we did not coninue service and so far so good. The person who did the work was very professional and attentive to our needs.

They were very professional and easy to work with. Law requires that animal traps be removed/emptied within 24 hours of catching the animal (I learned this from ABC) and they were always very responsive. We ended up catching about 5 squirrels, and they also have a process in place for making sure everything is clear before removing the last trap. We have not had any recurrence of the problem in several months.

They were very prompt and I liked everything they did for me. There were two or three people doing the work and one guy even went into the attic. I was assured by a couple of people I did not have to pay anything additional. About 6 months later, I got a bill for $90. When I called them, the customer service representative, she was very nice and handled my complaint well. Otherwise, they did A+ service!

The first person that came out didn’t solve the problem. ABC was able to correct the problem so mice are no longer able to get into my house. They sealed the entire outside of my house.

Very knowledgeable about removal of rodents and pests.

ABC was very responsive and informative. Explained all that they would be doing, examining the exterior of the house to locate areas where bat(s) had entered. They examined the attics and didn't actually see any bats, but found bat droppings (guano). Explained where the extrusion tubes would be placed and how they worked. Staff on the phone were helpful and the staff that serviced our house were helpful as well. Very professional all the way around. I would use them again and recommend them.

It went well. No complaints. They helped us even locate where they thought the raccoon was coming into our attic from our roof.

ABC came out immediately and advised us of the situation, and set a trap the next day. Animal activity was deduced the next day, but no skunks were caught. Trap was rebaited and set. Bait had been gnawed by the next morning, but likely by mice. Again, no skunks were caught. After a week with no trapped skunks (and no further skunk odor), a second trap was baited and set underneath a crawl space. No skunks were trapped after an ensuing to week period. Traps were removed and the crawl space area was deodorized bu neutralizing skunk pheremones. We have not had any evidence of returning skunks in six months.

They were very quick & efficient. They did a full inspection to make sure we didn't have any critters coming in the house. They caught the mom & a couple days later we found we had 3 babies under the front step. They did a great job! We would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

They know how to catch my attic squirrels, a bit pricey, but they sealed up my holes and installed a better barrier to keep them from getting again...would use them again if I had to, but with the work they did I shouldn't need them again.

They brought a trap. showed us how to use it. We were given instuctions on what yo do when a creature got caught. They came the same day to take the animal away.

They never contacted me after several calls. I had to take care of it on my own.

Very prompt, professional and courteous. They did not find any evidence of critters entering our attic, however said if we have any more problems they would come back to assess again, free of charge.

Inspected for Animal Entry; we heard ceiling scampering and wall scratching; inspection determined we had mice That was fine but the price to rid of us mice was $650 ! I added mice extermination to the contract we have with Chem-Wise

The quote to remove birds from an eave below our roof and to seal off was $550!!! We thought about it and realized that was so insanely expensive and called to ask how much it would be to just seal off the area once the birds left. It's been a WEEK and no one has returned the call. Just found another company who came, removed the birds safely, sealed off the area for $150 total.
