2 chipmunks caught...no mice

We had a small brown bat problem on the Saturday night of Labor Day weekend. We contacted ABC and they sent one of their personnel, Michael, to evaluate our home. He was very professional and thorough. He found the area on the roof where the bats were entering and leaving a small attic space. ABC returned a couple of weeks later to bat-proof other potential entry points and to install an exit-only door where the bats were known to be entering and leaving the attic. Approximately one month later, they returned to seal off this point of entry. We were not required to be at home after the first appointment. There has been no evidence of bats since the Labor Day weekend event.

They told me that every two or three days they would rebait it. They said if they still had not caught the skunk they would move the trap. Two weeks after putting the trap out they came back out and picked up the trap.

professional, on time, seems to have removed rodents. kind of expensive. something like $600 for a 3-4 visit plan.

Called at 8:00am; they removed raccoon at 3:30 pm.

They found evidence of Flying Squirrels. After setting traps, we were unable to trap any. The men were very professional and knowledgeable. They were prompt and thorough. I had some problems getting a qote for more work and getting a return phonecall. I would still use them again.

Went well. Squirrels were out of the attic within a couple weeks and no problems since. Employees were all very professional and took the time to explain things.

The people who came out were pleasant enough. However, I had to wait two and a half weeks for the estimate, and when I did get it it was over $3000! I ended going with somebody else, and spent a little under $300 for the same service.

Both the person who came out to inspect the house and the people who did the work were friendly and punctual, explaining exactly what they would do to remove nesting and prevent future nests from being built. I am very happy with the results.

ABC verbally explained everything, however, I could not get the invoices for my payments. It took my time and effort before I received an invoice or invoices.l

I have to say that Andy did a most thorough job looking for any place a mouse could enter. Unfortunately, our house is built so well that Andy only found one small hole - everything thing else was sealed tight. He suspects our shake roof may be the problem. He gave a whole list of suggestions as to how to keep the mice population in check, but there was nothing his company could do since they are not roofers (that's a shame because I got such a good feeling about this company). I suppose living in a ravine just means I'm going to have to live with the mice as best I can and think about a new roof in the future. I highly recommend ABC Humane Wildlife Control.

I bought the Angie's List deal and they quickly came out checked house. We had some damage to underside of bay extension off of house, which chipmunk made his home. Gentlemen took measurements and had recommendations for repair. It's been two weeks and never received call back with estimate for work to be done. If it wasn't for lack of follow up I would have given an A.

Very well, everyone was very professional and did a good job.

The removal was great. However, it took several attempts to speak to someone at ABC and set-up the initial appointment.

They showed up right on time and performed the services that were included in the big deal. As I figured we had a problem and they showed me exactly where I had issues. This will be an ongoing process for the next several months so I will update my review when we are completed. A little pricy but based on Angie's List reviews I decided to use them.

Came out to my house on time checked my whole house from top to bottom for animal intrusion. Found out that there was none .

We hated doing this, but racoons can cause a lot of damage to your house, deck, garage, etc. The only thing to keep in mind is that, despite having a 24-hour call service to report a capture, pick-ups are on a driver schedule the next day, so the trap may not be emptied until the end of the folllowing day. This means an animal could be in the trap for almost 24 hours before being picked up. If that thought upsets you, as it did us, do what we did. When you call to report a captured animal, ask them to empty your trap early in the driver schedule.

These guys are total pros at what they do, but really get the customer service component as well. They are always right on time, take time to explain everything that they see and provide recommendations. Absolutely 100% the best.

We had several male raccoons in the attic that were not in the attic when Robert came out and set the trap. He examined the house and attic. Explained exactly how they got on the roof and into the attic. He fixed the soffit where they had gotten in and set a trap so that if there were any coons in there they would have to go into the trap, and if they were not in there and tried to get back in, they could not. Robert was great, very knowlegable and professional. He was less expensive than other quotes I received and referred a company, which was excellent, to clean out the attic and make it like new. The attic clean out was covered by insurance and was completed quickly and professionally.

We had a raccoon in our attic/garage, we thought. By the time he got here to check, it was gone, but there were mice. He set up traps and we signed up for a confirmed trapped mouse program. He is to come back and check these traps several times, to ensure the mice have been caught. I thought the price was bit high. They also missed an appointment before this one. I felt taken advantage of since I was in a panic, he did not show me any other option to go with. He only showed me this option and all of a sudden I was charged $650 and had not even seen a mouse. We never received any details other than the program name and how many bait stations. We are not sure how many times he will come out and check.

I knew something was wrong when my dogs would not come inside after being out for a while. I noticed them staring down into the window well. I looked in and saw a skunk trapped under the window well cover. I called ABC wildlife control and they were able to send someone out that afternoon. The technician explained exactly what he planned to do and about how long it would take. He was very patient and careful to not have it spray. State law requires it to be euthanized. He had the skunk out in about 1 hour. There is now a more sturdy cover on the window well!
