They are okay. They did a nice job. But how do you get rid of bugs that live outside.

We are happy with them. They are friendly and professional.

We were under the impression that the company would release the animals out into the wild far away so that they wouldn’t come back. After this service provider caught the raccoons, they said they were going to keep them for 24 hours. They didn’t tell us about what they were planning on doing with the raccoons until after we paid them. They gave us three options, they were going to euthanize the raccoons, the racoons were going to go through a rehabilitator, or release back into our area which is obviously not the choice we want. ABC Humane Wildlife Control Prevention did not have a rehabilitator that was licensed by the state. We had to call by ourselves out a rehabilitator who took 4 of the 5 raccoon babies to feed and take care of for 45 days.

I haven't had a chance to check their final work yet, but it was okay. They set up the traps and come out several times to check them.

It has been good. That was expensive. They just set the traps, I've never had them do that before so that was good. There were little boxes they go into. I haven't used them again.

They did not specify a time and they showed up. They returned my trap without communicating with me when I was home. They do not seem understand the importance of communication. But I was delighted with the work.

The service went fine. They were prompt and got the squirrel out without an issue.

The service was good. It took me a couple of time to call them to get the billing right.

It's great. We've been using them for years for the same thing. They've been doing a great job. They take care of them. I don't have bees. They've got one of the best prices out there. For that price that I pay for season, I can call as many times as I want. They are so responsive. They come right out and take care of anything that I see in between.

They were terrific. They did an initial inspection. They found that there were three squirrels getting into my attic. The tech called and updated me on what was going on. I was concerned when I recieved the bill, so I called. They were quick to respond and corrected the bill to apply the value of the discount I purchased. They apologized and quickly sent you a new copy of the correct bill. The office staff are great. They are coming back to do another inspection of the attic, now that the squirrels are out.

ABC performed the service, as described, thoroughly and professionally. The technicians, Rich and Harold, were very knowledgeable, prompt and polite. First, they asked a few questions to analyze the specifics of the ant problem, and after Rich tested an ant "specimen" to identify the type (pavement ants), they went to work applying bait everywhere they suspected the ants might nest or enter my home - inside and out. They also very patiently answered questions about what I'd already done, and what I could do in the future to help keep these invaders out on the pavement, where they belong. The ants seem to have taken the bait. So far - none. I would highly recommend ABC for this service.

They were good. They honored the price for the big deal. They had good value for price and they were a little expensive.

We bought the package for a free rodent inspection to have our attic checked. Received estimate shortly after this visit and it was thousands of dollars more than we expected, recommending much more elaborate service than what we needed.

It was okay. We had racoons up in the attic. We could hear the racoon coming in from the roof and they actually tore open the roof. My husband went upstairs and was very mad because we couldn't see, we were just up there. He went up there and scared the racoon away and so what happened is that we called. It's been a long time, I don't really remember the details. They pretty much put a trap up there and put a bait. For every racoon or animal that they catch with the trap, they charge us per animal. It was up to a point where we knew about it, from a long time ago, we knew that there was racoons or other animals in the area but we felt it was attracting animals in the area. It was the racoon that we really want to catch. In the beginning, I wasn't very happy with it because I was not too familiar with the process and I thought that doing that was not very proactive. Later on, we got the roof fixed by out contractor and it was up until we use them to pretty much set up the trap and also put sanitation. They have to go through like a process. They set up a trap up there and then they also put like a garbage bag over opening in the roof for seven days or so. They don't recommend us to go up in the attic or do any other work because they want to make sure the racoons are out there if there's some still in the attic. We cab hear it so we know they actually left. That part was a little frustrating because they actually took longer. I complained to them about having them remove the trap and nobody ever ca,e. Then, the next day, they caught a racoon so we have to pay for that racoon even though we asked them to remove the trap early on. I called them and they actually gave us a credit back. They didn't charge us for all the racoons that were caught. Overall, they tried to make the customer happy so that's the good part. I'm not sure is that's the standard process for removing the racoon. I don't know how other companies do it. We chose that company based on the deal.

They did a great job helping us to manage our raccoon problem. If we needed assistance in the future we would not hesitate to call.

I purchased the $44 deal for animal inspection upon hearing movement in the attic. Sure enough, I had squirrels. ABC Wildlife recommended a new roof as it was old and this had been an apparent ongoing problem with the previous homeowners. They left a trap and placed an indicator. Unfortunately, one squirrel died in the attic and was removed. Until you experience it yourself, you will not believe how badly a dead animal smells. Further, I was unaware that this process would take over a month and $600 to remedy. By the time the new roof was installed, I think every squirrel in the neighborhood was trapped. I am pleased with almost all aspects of ABC Wildlife. The only area of improvement may be to scheduling as they seem to be very busy. At times, their windows of availability did not work with mine. I plan to use ABC Wildlife again. Let's just say Bob the Raccoon has overstayed his welcome.

They ended up charging us more. They were punctual and came out on time. I would recommend them to others with reservations.

These guys are really good. Did everything they said. On time. Very professional. No complaints.

We've been having periodic infestations of Foundation Ants (didn't know before what they were called). Provider treated both inside and outside the house. We haven't seen any ants inside since.

He did an inspection all around the house for possible locations for where ants were coming from. Then he treated the areas.

It went fine but I was quite surprised how long it took get all 5 animals trapped. It took place over several weeks. Also, because of some law, your traps need to be checked every day, 7 days a week so that it is more "humane" for the animal. If you can't check daily, they won't set the trap. This is not the fault of the ABC company. It is a law. In my opinion.....a stupid one. We had to leave town during this process for a funeral. The squirrels had a nest in our attic space and because they had defecated in their nest, we had a spot on the ceiling. Technically, they could have fallen through the ceiling and caused a lot of damage in our house and possibly bite someone. So while we were gone, they could not bait the trap. But jeez......being able to check the trap daily and being kind to the squirrel is so much more important than the havoc they could cause us.

Went very well, they explain what needs to be done, and show us the type of ants that were in our home.

Initial visit, we were informed that the critter in my attic was more than likely racoons. They mentioned where the racoons were entering the attic. Therefore a trap was set for capture of the critter on the roof. The next day the trap contained a squirrel not a racoon. The problem with this, is that there are many trees with limps extending to my roof. Which squirrels are on all the time. So I'm not sure if the trap captured a critter from my attic or a squirrel from trees leaning on my roof. The jury is still out on this one. Especially since there are still critters in my attic, which I can hear every morning and night. This service can be very expensive, since there is a $75.00 fee everytime the company comes out to retrieve a captured critter. So within 24 hours I went from $44.00 to $119 for the capture of a squirrel. Yet I still have the same problem. On a positive note, the gentlemen who came out were very nice.

Two pieces of siding came off on onside of my house and there was a birds nest at this very site. Before my siding guy could replace the siding, he told me that I had to make sure the birds were out. I called two places and ABC Humane... was willing to come out and take a look WITHOUT charging me. I needed to know what was there before I committed to the service. The Specialist explained the process. He would schedule a technician to come out and put the NET over the exposed area. 10 days to two weeks later the technician would come back and remove the netting and spray so that the birds would not come back. The NETTING is to protect birds of a special species as you are not allowed to remove them. They have to fly away on their own. He told me the price ($245) and the day of service, I was able to pay the technician. The provider followed through and now I'm just waiting for my siding guy to come back.

I was selling a vacant home and buyer's inspection brought up an issue with small hole in roof that looked to be caused by an animal clawing. The hole was repaired but buyer requested verification that no animals had entered the attic and were living there. Used a Big Deal coupon to have ABC Humane Wildlife come and confirm that no animals had entered through the hole. I was able to make an appointment in a timely manner and they promptly arrived as scheduled. I explained that what I really needed was an animal prevention contractor to verify in writing that there was no an issue with animals in the home to satisfy the buyer. The person basically explained that there was no point in looking in the attic to check for any signs of animals up there as they would have probably died due to the heat as it was June and that I would notice a smell. He instead made several suggestions on trimming trees. etc to avoid animals accessing the roof in the future. It was useful advice but they did not do the service I needed from them which was to take a few minutes to look into the attic and confirm what needed to be done. The buyer was OK with the note that ABC made on invoice that there was no signs of animal intrusion but they service they offered was not what I wanted them to do.
