Did in stages. Went well. No skunks!

They did a great job and communicated well during the process.

Griffin arrived on-time and thoroughly reviewed wildlife activity on our property. He assessed that either raccoons or skunks were visiting based on evidence and our reports. He made suggestions for how to deter wildlife from visiting plus gave the option to trap. Full explanations of procedures and responsibilities were given. I'm satisfied that we can expect decrease in unfavorable wildlife soon.

Called ABC Humane Wildlife Control. The call center took my information and within minutes I received a phone call. This occurred on a holiday! Andrew arrived in just over an hour which is exactly what he said. Within 10 minutes he contained the skunk confidently and skillfully! The skunk did not spray! And yes, he collected the skunk gently and humanely. Andrew was not only prompt and efficient ON A HOLIDAY, he knew everything about skunks and other wildlife that can cause issues for people. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone and not only that, I would have paid triple. Because there was no way I could have done it!

I can't believe this company is on Angie's List. I called and they said it's $50 to inspect for where mice are coming in. He looked in basement and attic, and tried to sell me a year plan at $100 a month to get rid of any possible mice. He could not tell me if I currently have mice; just that I had them in the past (which I know we have). Usually, the company will put down poison in attic --when I asked him to pay him to do that, he said, they only sell yearly plans. $1200 to get rid of mice? That's alright. I'll pass.

Removing all of the raccoons nesting in my attic has been a challenging and lengthy process but the office staff is thorough and timely with their communication. The technicians who come out to my house have all been excellent but one in particular stands out. Brandon is experienced, calm, and crafty. His ability to take in information, assess the situation, and respond creatively resulted in the capture of three elusive raccoons. Hopefully we can get the last one soon and move past this issue. I highly recommend ABC Humane Wildlife.

ABC came out and set a baited trap to try catch the intruder. We now have to monitor it for a week or so. However, we’ve done this before and are repeat customers. We’ve also used Landmark, their affiliated pest control company, to take care of some mouse issues we had. That problem was resolved nicely, with several likely entry point sealed off. No more mice.

They were excellent. They came out when they said they would, followed up to make sure that my problem is taken care of, And I recommend them to a friend who is also happy with them.

ABC Wildlife was wonderful! They removed the skunks from under our porch and gave us a permanent solution to keep this from happening again. ABC was professional and provided great service through the whole process, from start to finish. If we have any pests in the future, ABC will be our first and only call!

We were very happy with ABC and the process of creating a barrier so skunks could no longer get under our house. They were prompt and effective. The worksite was clean and they scheduled work around our other contractor who had to work in tandem with them for access to the site.

So far, anything that's been done seems to have done the trick.

Extremely well -- I was so relieved! The technician searched within a storage area containing stacked furniture and various household items, and was very careful moving them out of his way. As he got closer to the offensive odor he set more things aside and finally saw the dead rat. He dropped it in a heavy plastic bag, tied the bag shut, and treated the site with a non-toxic powder to eliminate the odor and kill bacteria and parasites. He was efficient and respectful. Job well done!

My first contact with ABC Wildlife was with Susan. She was so nice and listened to my confusing explanation of the problem. She offered me emergency option and next day option and was clear about what I could expect. I chose next day for financial reasons. Matt was the technician assigned to me and he called to let me know when he would arrive and I was able to walk him through the issue over the phone before he arrived. He was thorough, neat, and kind. He worked efficiently and walked me through each step he was taking to attempt the capture and removal of the trapped bird. Very relieved that it was successful! I would recommend ABC Wildlife.

They were knowledgeable, courteous and did a great job. We had bees/wasps in our attic and they treated the area where they were coming in and out and so far so good.

Did not go well. Service tech asked me where he should set up the trap, didn't seem knowledgable. Never caught anything. Pricing is not revealed until after you have them. They charge $85 to reset a trap that did not catch anything. I have used other companies and this was not their policy. Also even though I contacted through Angie's list, I did not get the $89 special price. I was charged the entire normal fee of $140.

Great service. Efficient, professional, and personable Technician came out and quickly identified the issue (two different nests, one at each doorway). He suited up, grabbed a ladder, puffed some eradicator dust, and informed us that it might take 3-5 days...it took 24 hours. Never felt so relieved to be able to enter and exit our house safely, as well as enjoy the patio with our dogs without worry of being stung. Will definitely use ABC Humane Wildlife Control in the future and would recommend them to everyone. Ask for Jimmy...kid knows his stuff

Zachary, the technician, was very polite and courteous. He generously explained what he was doing and took care of the bees and hive right away along with letting me know what he did and what to expect. I'll definitely request Zachary for any future needs as he was exceptional!!
