It was fine. They were definitely punctual and professional. We had some like roof damage that needed to be repaired and they offered to repair it for like more than double the price of what the roofer charged. For follow up things like that, they didn’t even compare to what an actual person who does the roofing for a living. I don’t really know how they were contracting that but it was way overcharged so that kind of made the whole experience not great.

Generally good - but (almost) like your paying for an estimate for them to seal entry points etc. To be fair - did show several areas of concern and offered suggestions to (help) reduce entry. Not sure if you just call and they inspect - would they offer suggestions to self remediate. NO pressure to use them etc. Generally satisfied for service provided relative to cost paid.

Great Job - found an infestation colony outside Then used them at Mom's House as well.

I had tried for several years to control the ants but nothing I bought ever worked. We were so happy to have the service done and we did not get any ants this year.

I was not impressed with them at all. The trap didn't cover the hole and the animal could crawl out the other way. In addition, apparently they're supposed to come and check it daily but they didn't. They came maybe once a week and changed the trap. They came out pretty quickly.

They did not do any removal, they told us to get mouse traps.

They came out to determine what was needed. Then 2 men came and dug around the area and put a trap and a barrier around the hole that was dug by the skunk. About a week later, they came back and removed the trap and finished putting in the permanent barrier. No skunk was trapped but they explained that when they initially set the trap, the skunk was in another den and once they set up the barrier, the skunk could not return to this hole. They were prompt, courteous, answered all my questions and did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again.

All went well. Very professional in their manner and timely in completing their activities. However, I was surprised when they asked for payment in full, before the job was completed (i.e., removal of the excluder two weeks after installation). I informed them that the remaining 50% would be paid when the bats are gone. They were fine with that and all went well.

Cheap, prompt and effective. What else could I ask for.

They only removed part of the skunk. I had to remove the deck boards and remove the remainder of the carcass because the smell did not dissipate after a week. When I called them to tell them they left half of the carcass there was no follow up or apology.

Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He found no evidence of bats -- which was a tremendous relief to us. He explained what we should look for in the future and made some suggestions on things we ought to do around the foundation, etc. to avoid problems with animal entry in the future.

First they dug out all around the step where the animal had made a burrow. Mesh screen was then laid down to prevent it from going anywhere but the cage that was partially buried next to the step. After a couple days the trap was snapped but no critter in it. They cama out again to reset the trap and two days later a skunk was caught and removed. The trap was reset to capture additional skunks. Unfortunately, probably baby skunks, had died in the burrow and it was not possible to retrieve the bodies. The area was sprayed with strong odor remover and he crew replaced all the dirt, gravel etc. They were very knowledgable and professional.

Nothing was ever caught. They did call a few times to verify the status of the traps and rebait them.

One week later we still have ants and Yellowjackets flying around the same area. I just called back to ask if they would come back to treat the areas again as part of their customer service is obviously whatever they used it did not work. They said there is no warranty it would be another hundred dollars for them to come out. I cannot recommend them since obviously they did not take care of the problem we hired them to do.

The ABC rep was very professional, and inspected the attic. We had heard some noises for 2 nights in a row, and feared the possibility of racoons or similar. The rep found some evidence of mouse activity, and explained options for treatment. Because we already have a quarterly service for insects that also covers mice, I explained that I would start by contacting our contracted quarterly service. The rep was, again, very friendly & professional, and encouraged us to contact our existing service and to call ABC back if we felt we needed additional help. He did not charge us for the inspection or visit. I appreciate this professionalism and the "no-pressure" approach to helping us address the issue. (As it turned out, our quarterly service did trap one mouse; that seems to have been the extent of activity up there.) I know who I will call if we ever have a problem beyond a mouse in the attic, and I'll happily recommend ABC to friends.

It went GREAT! Nary an ant by the next day. And I must say, this young man, who is a prolific reader in animal behavior, was a terrific person in whom to entrust this job. Bravo to ABC Humane Wildlife Control for finding him. The entire staff, from the initial reception call after I inquired about the Angie's List Deal, to the scheduler, to Rich were professional and responsive and there was great coordination among them. A stellar experience!

I haven't done competitive quoting so I base the price aspect on general expectations. They have shown up when they said they would, they have done thorough work. They have always been nice and informative on what they are doing and why. Overall I'm pleased. I had a hard time choosing between an A and B grade.

They seemed a little high for trapping.

Has been a long process. have caught 9 raccoons and 1 opposum. still in the process of trapping animals.

We were attacked by ants. It was kind of scary but they handled it very well. They did a good job.

Not so well seeing is that a huge centipede went running along my carpet 3 days after the treatment and I've seen countless spiders just crawling along. I would have preferred the spray treatment, but got some kind of dust treatment that doesn't work! Waste of $135 dollars in my opinion. However, the gentleman were very nice and knowledgable.

They came out the same day. Started looking for possible points of entry for what was thought to be a dorodent at that time. Was surprised to find a bird. Captured the bird and released it. The guys was very courteous and professional.

They did what they said they would do. I did have an issue with them not acknowledging initially that I had paid for some work in advance but they resolved the issued. I gave them a B overall because of the fact that I had to keep reminding them that I had prepaid for that service.
