ABC Humane Wildlife Control & Landmark Pest Mgt

An inspection was made but no animals were found. However, the inspector did find where a hole was apparently "chewed" in a low section of wooden siding. The inspector said he would cover the hole before he left.

Nothing was trapped after a week so trap was picked up.

He just told me what they would do and I didn't really do anything. I still kind of would like to do something with them. I haven't decided anything. It wasn't too cheap to say, "Yeah, let's do this." I had mice coming in my house and he talked to me about that and what they would do. It was like $850. He was a super nice guy. I still am thinking about it. He said what he would do in the attic and things of that sort. They did not charge any more. They were very quick. I did like their professionalism and that he was prompt. I actually was at work and I had told them to call me before they came. I would probably say that was pretty critical to me.

It was fine. It was good. I did have to pay an additional $50-60 bucks to remove the cage. I didn't expect to have to pay extra to remove the cage with the animal in it. I would use them again. The work was good, just be sure you ask about any additional costs that you might incur.

Well. We checked the trap every morning. If a raccoon was in it, we called ABC who came out and removed the raccoon.

He just seemed very knowledgeable. He was being called in because I originally used another provider that assured us that they solved the problem. When I called that provider to say that they did not solve the problem, they didn't believe me basically so I called out this company and told them I needed them to come out because I have this issue and this company was not working with me. He came out and he took a look and he could tell me exactly what the issue was and what had happened. There were a lot of things he was offering and trying to sell which I wasn't anticipating because I needed this animal removed from my attic. I wasn't prepared for all those, but it wasn't a hard sell. He was nice about it. We paid extra because the animal was still there and he took it away.

ABC set up a trap and efficiently took away a skunk. They took care of our worries quickly and with no drama. Like magic.

They did a fantastic job-very professional. We also purchased a yearly plan with ABC.

After I had paid in full for a consultation and service call, I received a call from the merchant to discuss my situation and needs. We talked for about fifteen minutes, then the representative said he'd have to check with his management to determine whether my house was located within their service area. I was surprised by that comment because there was no mention of any geographic limitations in the promotional offer. It turned out they do not do business in my area, so while the person I was speaking with was quite apologetic for the inconvenience, it was a complete waste of my time and I was left with the task of obtaining a refund from Angie's List.

I would recommend ABC wildlife to anyone and do!! I have had them out for multiple problems in my home. First skunks! I had live and dead skunks in my window well, and anyone that has dogs you know we don't like skunks around! A quick call to ABC and they had someone out to remove the smelly little guys. Second pest control insulation, I own a home built in the late 60s and we know these homes allow heat to escape easily after talking about insulating with some friends I learned that not only does ABC wildlife do spray in they are licensed to use pest control insulation. So no more heat escaping and no more criitters trying to get in my attic. Third insects! Who likes seeing ants and bees around? Not this guy! Unfortunately my four legged friends get there food in strange places which likes to attract ants. I learned that this is yet another service of ABC! One call to them they came out and while at my home I learned and hired them for my growing Bee problem too! As you can see I have had nothing but great luck with this family owned business! There is nothing like being able to call a company to invite into your home that you can trust!!! ABC wildlife is not only my first call with insect or critter problems after talking to my local police over a cup of coffee I guess it's thiers too!!!

ABC Humane Wildlife took care of the skunk and a couple of opossums.

I don't feel that I got any value out of purchasing the inspection as they would have come out anyway and it did not reduce my cost for sealing and trapping.

He gave me some tips on how to take some preventative measures upon my request. I was more expecting them to be more up front about how we could do prevention.

We don't have mice any more but the service was pretty bad. They didn't show up one time and I called 3+ times before I got an update on the status of my appointment. They again didn't call the next time. And they never follow up or seem to be concerned about your complaint. I will never hire them again.

Went very well although was very expensive. Couldn't have sold our house in the future if there were birds up there. Removed the nests and insulation. Scraped the wood of residue. Sprayed antibacterial stuff and deodorizer up there. Screened all vents and made sure birds weren't coming in any other way. Came back a few days later and put all new insulation in our first and second floor attics bringing us up to code. Found out we had an issue with a sagging first floor ceiling, not related but found us a great carpenter who fixed everything up for us. Couldn't do the spray insulation until the ceiling was properly fixed. When house was built they didn't put the 2x4's close enough so reinforced. Price was without the ceiling fixed but with birds removed and insulation. Only problem we had was scheduling. Was told by salesman a time but then had to reschedule for the team to come out.

It went really well. We didn't have any skunks or anything but the guy was nice. He didn't ask for more. Price was pretty good. The guy was very knowledgeable. He was very good. I appreciated that they were environmentally aware.

They just checked what type of animals were in my attic. They asked for 400 hundred dollars to remove and set the trap for preventing the animals from entering

They never showed up or called to schedule an appointment. I'm very disappointed.

I was very excited to order this service because this deal was offered to me directly through an email. I purchased the deal and paid for it. I received an email from the company shortly after to say they didn't service my area and I should request a refund. I appreciate the fast reply but I was very disappointed that the service was not available to my location. I wish the company would include their service areas in the deal description to keep from getting people's hopes up.

We had a skunk getting into our shed, and ABC Wildlife came out very quickly to set up a trap. They caught the skunk, and removed it promptly (without the skunk spraying, which was the best part). The whole process went very smooth, and I will call them for any other critter issue in the future. Highly recommended!

Technician arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. Cost was prohibitive

Recommended a solution which was beyond our budget.
