I would say after the initial visit that the remainder of the work and correspondence with the company was fair. It took some time to get the original estimate, which was fine, except I got the impression that we should do some of the things to prevent any additional animals from coming in. Some of the issue started with a tech calling about a week later and saying he was coming to re-bait the trap and there would be another charge. While I understood an additional charge is the trap was used, I was not told that they would be coming out regardless of whether or not something was caught. I was able to call them back prior to tech coming to avoid the fee, but I felt like they should get approval to do that upfront or at least with more notice than an hour. Then, a tech was supposed to do some additional work that we ordered and he came on time, but was unable to do the work without an additional person to hold ladder (again that is fine). However, while he left a note, nothing else was scheduled for over a week (which I felt was a little long considering the additional person should have been noted from the original visit). Finally, after they came out, my wife was presented with a sign-off on the final project and they billed us an additional amount for work that was not required. A call back to Matt helped us get the charge removed, but I feel I should not have had to call the company over 5 times to get this completed. Additionally, one of the fixes they did was done so poorly that I had to have someone come out and redo as it looked terrible. Ultimately, we did not catch anything in the trap, but so far we have no heard any additional animals as well. I think Matt did a great job and helped us with the process. If not for Matt, my grade would have been a D.

Inspection went well, company installed traps. Never caught any squirrels and after a week or so determined problem was resolved. Company covered two access points that they had found and called the job done. Proposed expensive clean up to remove soiled insulation. Just found that squirrels are still there and that there are other access points that we never found and that had been there for a while. We don't feel like the assessment was complete in the beginning and am glad that we didn't go forward with the clean up repair work, we would have spent a lot of money just to start over again two months later.

They failed at 2 and succeeded at 1. The yellowjackets were prevented . But the raccoons they never caught (I hired someone else and he got them quickly) and the carpenter bees are here to stay and are tearing my house apart. Nice people and professional, but not effective.

They trapped the skunk living under our front porch and removed it. One nice thing -- they have a video showing you how to reset and rebait the trap in case you need it (and don't want to pay them to come out and do it).

They were able to trap all of the animals and clean out the space. They set traps for a week until all the animals were caught. Every time an animal was in the trap a fee of $75.00 was charged. Everything was explained upfront.

Responsive and professional. They helped trap and remove a skunk from under my shed and offered good advice for preventing another skunk from moving in.

The office receptionist did not listen to my very important request. I called to set up the time and date. I indicated clearly that I could not be at home to meet the technician. I told them that my father would be available to meet the technician at my house on the selected date. I repeated this direction to the office at least twice, maybe three times. They were asked to please call my father when the technician had a more exact time, and when he was in route to my house. Instead, I had three phone calls on my cell phone from ABC. They did not call my father as instructed. My father ended up waiting at my house for 4 hours, because he did not know what time they were coming. I am not able to take phone calls at my workplace, because I am a teacher, and cannot have my cell phone turned on during my classes. I specified this and they did not listen. It ended up being a real pain in the *** for my father. I was not pleased. Also, these people charge about 75+ bucks per raccoon, once they are caught, and another 75 for each visit to my house. I have a nest of them, so I will end up paying over 600 to eliminate them. The office didn't pay attention to what I needed. This is a rip off.

Professional and reasonably priced. Answered all of my questions. Would definitely hire this company again.

they were flexible when I needed to make a change. they came and did a thurough review, identifying the source of the sound. turned out to be a simple solution, but had it been more complicated I was confident they could do the job.

They solved the problems. Very responsive, knowledgeable and guarantee their work. I highly recommend them.

The squirrel was quickly captured. The squirrel was removed shortly thereafter.

It worked out really well. We may use them again sometime. He was prompt and honest. He impressed us and was very knowledgeable. He did not close the entry points up because that required another call. He went around and gave us recommendations and inspected everything.

Several companies have services that involve coming out to look for entry points. ABC offers to come out, set baits to poison the mice and drive them outside, and then three subsequent visits to check to be sure the mice are gone. There were mice in the house the week before the bait stations were set, bit we didn't see any in the weeks after the stations were set. There was no evidence that the mice had eaten any of the bait when ABC came to check them on the return visits, so they don't get much credit for their disappearance. They mice just left on their own apparently, and they haven't come back. ABC did a reasonably thorough search for entry points. They identified a bunch of places where the mice might have entered, but couldn't say for sure what route they used. Then they gave me a proposal for sealing all the possible entry points. I'm not terribly motivated to accept the proposal -- it is expensive, and it may involve a great deal more work than is necessary. I've done some research on how to seal those entry points online, and it doesn't seem like rocket science. The supplies can be ordered online at a fraction of the cost, and installed without sophisticated tools. I'm planning to do it myself.

Everything went great.!! They came out and set the traps and caught 4. Since then I haven't seen any more squirrels. They were always on time, very professional. Great Job.!!

They came, they saw, they conquered. They gave me a time window and called that day to confirm and were always on time. And they are always very good about following up with me.

They are very thorough and identified areas to close off access. I got the work done by another provider for 1/2 the money they wanted to charge me. They have high prices for work that would need to be done otherwise a great company.

The area is still functional and is keeping out animals.

I had some service I needed to do and that was a little bit more expensive. They are coming back but so far, I would grade them an A. For quality, I can't rate then yet but they seem to know what they are doing. They are very responsive. Andy was very professional. He was punctual, he was actually early. He seemed very knowledgeable and very approachable/easy to talk to about the issue.

They successfully trapped and removed the animal. It has never returned since. They also sold me a set of roof vent guards to keep any future animals out.

We are still working to alleviate the problem after more tan a year. I have been waiting to hear from the building specialist who will start closing entry points to our home, he has been difficult to get a hold of. The techs have been anywhere from OK to great, They are doing a good job but I feel it's taking a longer time than necessary. Their scheduling and techs show up when they say they will, they are very responsive in that regard.
