ABC Humane Wildlife Control & Landmark Pest Mgt

I have to tell you of the wonderful experience I had with ABC Wildlife! I called them because I thought I had a squirrel or worse yet, a raccoon in my attic. I made an apt for 9 days out, but said I would greatly appreciate it if they could get here sooner! Jeff, spoke to me a few days later and told me one of his workers had a cancellation. Sadly it did not work for me but two days later he called back and his worker was there in 20 minutes! Ryan, was the nicest young man and explained things as he went along...I truly learned a great deal! I was told when I arranged to hire them that it would be $125.00 for the inspection and $75.00 per animal they too out. It's really not a bad price as I don't have the traps or talent to remove anything! Plus what would I do with something if I caught anything? While Ryan was here, he determined it was not a raccoon or a squirrel but those busy little mice finding a home for the winter. II so appreciated the tips he gave me to get the mice out and keep them out! After he fully inspected my house in the 45 minutes plus that he was here I pulled out the checkbook to pay him and he said there was no charge as he didn't set traps and didn't find the need for them! Wow who does that? Incredible! I sure will call them, should I suspect any other critter is moving into my house!

We couldn't find the raccoon but ABC identified its lair and advised on how to discourage its homing on my back deck.

OK. Decided not to go with their additional services as they were rather pricey we thought. Might change our minds should this happen again.

They were fantastic. We had skunks living under our three season room so they trapped them. The 1st visit was $125 to set the trap. Then they came out every week, once a week and I want to say it was like $75 each time they came out. So it was quite costly but well worth it. We got two quotes and they matched the other quote.

ABC is a great company to work with. The solution to our problem was a multi-phased process, but they were clear about explaining things each step of the way. They first identified the animal, then set a trap on the roof. They were quick to pick up the animal once we knew it was trapped. They then had the onerous job of sealing off the entry point -- I say "onerous" because this area was really high up. Moreover, due to the proximity of our neighbor's home, it was necessary to place the ladder at a steep pitch. However, they got the job done. They then were able to send someone to clean out the area above the bathroom ceiling (sanitize and remove the nest), re-do the drywall, and paint. This last task was expensive part and why the number below is so high, but it gave us peace of mind to know that the area where the animal had been living had been sanitized.

We started hearing them climb the siding shortly after flooding near our neighborhood. I put in a call to ABC Wildlife and they sent someone out soon after that. I described what I thought was the issue and was relieved to find that it wasn't as bad as thought. They found the spot the raccoons were working on for entry above our porch so they set a trap nearby. Within a few days we trapped the two raccoons that were the main problem. I would definitely recommend ABC Wildlife to anyone having issues with nuisance wildlife.

Due to the weather, they were not able to come out. They were extremely professional and helpful and ended up talking to me over the phone to determine their services were not needed.

It was excellent. They were excellent, prompt and professional. There were additional charges. They found evidence of rodents in my attic and they left all sorts of traps. There was an agreement that I signed. I have not used them again, they have served their purpose and I have not had any more problems with rodents. I thought they were very professional, they told me what they were going to need to do and how much it was going to cost and then they did it. They followed up several times. I thought their price was a little expensive, a little high. Yes, I would use them again.

I feel I was overcharged. It doesn't appear that they are very accurate with their scheduling, record keeping and management of accounts. I believe the service was drawn out longer than it needed to be. I think I was charged for times when they caught nothing.

Too long to get on the schedule, so I canceled the service.

Always prompt. Very reliable. Be prepared for them to come back multiple times for animals in the same location. There is a cost for every visit to set the trap and take away the captured animal. You must be alert as to when an animal is in the trap and call them. Only in the case of nightfall do they take more than a few hours to respond. They placed wire mesh over the holes after all the animals seemed to have been captured. My only disappointment is that they cannot repair the damage done by the animals so that it is a turnkey-type service. It is EXTREMELY difficult to find someone who will come repair this type of damage.

It went well. We got the critters, but we didn't proof the deck.

The animal control expert was great. He was able to come out earlier than the scheduled time and at that time, the weather was raining and cold. He didn't complain and was very professional. After multiple attempts from the outside didn't work, he was able to handle the issue from inside the unit.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and very friendly. Prices were a little high but you get what you pay for! They were excellent and got the job done. Would highly recommend.

They did not succeed. They should have been smarter about how they set up the trap the first time. They charge $75 every time they come out, even to revisit the trap or release a non target animal.

Great. ABC responded promptly to my email. They sent someone out to look in the attic and figure out what was going on. They determined it was remnants of bird nests that, over a 10 plus year period, accumulated in the attic. They quoted a service to remove the nesting material, clean and disinfect the area and replace the insulation. They also worked within my timeline and completed the work before the final inspection and house closing.

They were able to catch multiple squirrels with traps. They were on time and professional. They were not able to find the entrance where squirrels were coming in which our gutter company found right away.

Very well. They did a fantastic job.

No evidence of mice after four treatments. Company wanted to continue placing bait because they saw mouse trails. Wanted to seal the house. Very expensive. Had work done for 1/2 the price.

Went well.. nest was removed and area sanitized. Entry point was also sealed off.

Caught young opossum and the skunk was elsewhere. Number of fruitless trips to check traps (each trip regardless of outcome cost 75.00 dollars). Adds up. Gave us us a price to put shields along sides of holes, well over a thousand dollars. That put us into a pondering mode. Maybe a new porch?
