Description of Work: The provider set a trap and claimed to have set a trap and bait on the roof. When I walke up there I saw no bait only the trap. The provider was unsuccessful in catching a squirrel.

Description of Work: We had noticed that our eaves on our house were knocked out. It was apparent the raccoon was getting in there. We called wildlife business and they came out. looked on roof and around house. Discovered where racoon was getting in so. First we needed to catch raccoon. They put trap on house and that very morning I called them to say we got him. They came out and picked up raccoon and placed another trap to see if we had more than one. Well next morning found no racoon in tra[ called company and told them the good news, Several days went by and they called and made appointment to put a temporary repair on spot that racoon got into. Made another appointment next week to do permanent repair and fix all panels knocked down by raccoon. It really cost more than one could afford but they did good job so far. Just waiting for them to complete work. They could not work when its so cold below 40 that is. I will final summary after they finish the work

Description of Work: The company provided an estimate for removal of a large amount of bird nest material in our attic. Tyler, who conducted the estimae was professional, thorough and explained in understandable detail what issues needed to be addressed. We did not use the services because the house was under contract and we closed before we could complete the services.

Description of Work: We called ABC to remove raccoons that invaded our attic. I found the company via an internet search, then checked them out on Angies List and the BBB website. I called a couple of companies, but ABC was the first to respond promptly. You don't want to wait when you have a situation like this in your house. They came out the next day and explained their process. They inspected the roof and found the hole that the raccoons ripped open, right next to our fire place chimney. The guy set a humane trap on the roof right by the opening and one raccoon was in the trap the next morning, and then the guy put a cardboard "indicator" over the hole in the roof which showed us whether or not there were more critters coming and going. This process continued until we caught 4 of them. The initial trap cost $95 and then $85 for each additional catch. After a few days, we knew there were no more raccoons. When that was done, they put a temporary patch over the hole in the roof. We ordered new animal proofing wire around our furnace chimney, as that had been tampered with also. That cost $175. ABC came back and repaired our roof for $650. It wasn't cheap, but we liked this company because they were responsive, polite, professional, patient with all of our questions and they did everything they said they would do. My ONLY complaint was that they could not, by Illinois law, relocate the raccoons other than on our own property, which would not have made sense. They had to put them down, but they assured us that they did it humanely by injection.

Description of Work: I called ABC to check on some animal noises we head coming from the attic. The company called me back -- on a Sunday -- and scheduled an appointment later that day. The tech was pleasant and knowledgeable -- and after a detailed inspection told me I didn't have a problem. Because I had their Angie's List free inspection coupon, there was no charge (other than the large tip I gave). Will definitely call them when/if I ever have a need again.

Description of Work: A chipmunk got into my house (tho I didnt know at the time that it was only one!). Called in the evening and someone from the company came out the next day, surveyed the situation, actually made a live capture of the chipmunk (it was sleeping inside a basket), and did a check around the house for possible ways it could have gotten in. I was offered cages to put outside the house to catch other chipmunks who might be around, and the company was going to come by to pick up the cage whenever a chipmunk did get captured, but I ultimately declined that service. Still, I like that they utilize a no-kill approach. Altogether a job well done.

Description of Work: THEY DID 2 JOBS FOR US. 1) WE HAD A SQUIRREL(S) IN THE ATTIC. THEY CAME OUT, SET THE TRAPS AND CAME BACK AS SOON AS WE CALLED THAT THE SQUIRRELS WERE IN THE TRAPS. 2) WE HAVE HAD TERRIBLE BEE & WASP PROBLEMS. THEY PREVENTIVELY SPRAY ALL THE OUTSIDE WOOD AREAS OF OUR HOME AND HAVE COME TO REMOVE HIVES FROM OUR ATTIC AND YELLOW JACKETS THAT WERE EATING THROUGH THE WALLS IN ONE OF OUR ROOMS!
