Description of Work: I left a message asking for information about their cleaning services. They did not return the call. I find this very unprofessional .If they are not taking new customers, they should inform people about it.

+ -1 moreIn the beginning, the owner came by and walked thru the house with me and I told her "specifically" what I wanted done and what I expected. I'm very happy with them, they are friendly, efficient and get the job done that I ask of them.
Description of Work: They clean my home every two weeks. I have a 2000 sq. ft. home. They vacuum, mop (half the home is no carpet)clean the bathrooms 2 1/2 and the kitchen. Nothing extra like dusting or windows but I don't need that. They come mid morning, no set time since they have other houses to do. If they time changes drastically then the owner calls me to tell me of the approximate time the crew will be there. The crew usually consists of 3 ladies, with 1 being the "supervisor" and then the other 2 are not always the same, and it takes them about 30 - 45 minutes. Provide their own cleaning supplies, vacuum and etc.
