+ -1 moreMr. C is freindly, fast and frugal. He came out and gave a really good estimate for the work I needed done. I hired hired him right there, he came back two days later as requested with all the supplies and a helper to complete the job. I had them repair the stairs to my deck since the second stair was caving in and was not measured correctly the first time. They brought out the wood to fix and re measured the stairs and actually fixed the middle stair and the bottom stair to make it all even. They power steamed cleaned the entire deck before they started the stain. They stained the entire deck and railings and stairs without taking any breaks and the job was completed well before I had expected. The stain was perfect and no runs or missed areas. It looks brand new and I was so impressed with how fast this kind of quality work was done for such a low price. I paid cash for the job and was not charged anything extra on top of the actual cost of the wood, nails and stain. I was given a copy of all the receipts in case I wanted to file a home owners insurance claim and Mr. C was very cooperative and easy to work with. I will hire him for any and all my home handyman work to be done because he is very knowledgeable on carpentry, electrical, brick laying, concrete and tuck pointing. He has about 4 more small jobs I will be hiring him for and will recommend to anyone I know. He seemed flexible with his scheduling of work and I really cannot believe how low cost it was. His estimates came in almost half lower than anyone elses, so I was skeptical. It turned out to be the best decision of the season for me!

Description of Work: I had my home cleaned. Darlene came out on time and was very friendly and professional. She did treat my home as if it was her own as her company motto stated. I have a 3bdm home with 2 children and 3 dogs. She came in an went right to work , she brought her own supplies and was done within a 2 hour time frame. It was not just a surface clean, she scrubbed my bathroom and got all the mold and mildew around my bathtub off , which I was unable to do myself. She gave me detailed instructions on how to keep that mold away for future cleanings. She cleaned inside my microwave and scrubbed my stove like it was new. My floors were cleaned on her hands and knees and she got all baseboards and corners. I was very impressed with her personality and how well and efficient she cleaned my home. I have 3 pets and all the hair was vacuumed off my furniture and she even pulled the couch cushions and vacummed underneath. All my windows and windowsills were cleaned and she even dusted off my ceiling fans all for a very very low price. I hired her again to come in weekly at a specific rate and will recommend her to all my friends and relatives. She is a great maid service and not just a cleaning company. She pays attention to detail and is awesome!.
