Description of Work: They did service an left part of there stuff sticking out of a hole in basement an have to get someone else to remove.. will never use them again... an the cost an still could do nothing an to busy to help.

 + -1 moreand quot;Danand quot; was our service man, and he was very nice, respectful of our home and mindful of the fact that we were paying his company by the quarter hour. To that end, he was extremely efficient, but not hasty. We explained our issues to him, and he quickly began assessing the situation. He attacked it with precision--no hemming and hawing--it was nice to see a professional work who really understood his job. He approached the problem logically and methodically, and therefore quickly discovered and resolved the problems. In no time at all, all of our taps were working with full force and no leaks. We asked him several questions during the service call, and he answered in such a way that we both understood what he was talking about, without once feeling like we were an annoyance. We would absolutely call Goff Plumbing again, and recommend them without reservation.
Description of Work: Our issue: leaky bathroom sink pipe, extremely low water pressure bathroom cold tap and kitchen hot tap; forever-running toilet. - Changed leaky valve under bathroom sink - adjusted water flow in toilet - inspected and replaced valves under kitchen sink - checked all source valves to and from hot water heater, looking for impediments to flow - identified badly clogged and corroded steel pipes and valves; replaced same with plastic and brass respectively When he left, no leaks, correct water pressure, joy throughout household!
