Because they would not touch the roof nor would they try to find the leak they left.

They finished the job in a single day even though we had one of the hottest afternoons ever (102 degrees). I told them that it wasn't important to me if they didn't finish in a day but they pressed on and completed the job by early evening. They were fantastic to work with and everyone in their crew was professional. There was no loud music playing or any other noise except the nailers popping. When they were done they did a nice job cleaning up and you would not have known that we had just put a new roof on. Definitely would hire them again. They were not the cheapest but they did an excellent job - sometimes you get what you pay for. They had the best warranty too.

The owner of the business called several days before to make sure the choice of shingle was appropriate and set job date. A second call was made the day before to OK time. The crew was on time (6 AM) and worked throughout the day until job was completed (in one day). At the end of the day, you would not know they were there (clean up was superb). Call backs were not necessary! Would hire again!

They were done with the job by noon. The owner came out and gave me the estimate and he was just fantastic. They did a very good job and they were very professional. I would absolutely use them again if I needed to.

Super prompt service called one week here the next. The job was done in 4 hours and the crew was so professional and great. I was scared that it was going to take many days to complete because other people in the neighborhood have had their roof redone and the job has dragged over 2 weeks. GREAT service thank you so much I would recommend them to everyone.

I was originally looking at options for roofing last fall, and received an estimate from several companies including Swanson Roofing / The Roofing Dog. When they were checking the roof, they spotted that some of the flashing on the skylight had been replaced which indicated that it had leaked in the past. Because of that, they recommended replacing the skylight at the same time. Their estimate was very professionally done. There were estimates for two different types of materials, as well as samples. The other estimates I received didn't have the same level of professionalism. I also searched for recommendations online and through people I know. Everything said that Swanson was the way to go. One of my coworkers had a roof installed by another company earlier in 2011. They didn't finish in one day, and the roof was left exposed overnight. It rained, and there was water damage to the house. Swanson estimated that they could do the job in a single day, which became an important consideration for me. When I decided to use Swanson, they were clear that their schedule was full for the fall, and that they'd be starting again in the spring. There were a few questionable areas in the valleys of the roof that I was concerned about, so they came out to check them. They thought that they should be OK for the winter without any temporary fixes. Once the installation was scheduled, they brought several sample boards to pick a color. On the day of the installation, things started early. They said to expect them at 6:00. It was still almost totally dark out, but the installers started arriving right at 6:00. Everything went very well, and I'm pleased with the results. The roof looks fantastic, and everything was cleaned up by the time they left. Swanson wasn't the least expensive option, but I'm totally satisfied and would use them again.

I had a blind valley on my roof and the flashing was bad and so it was leaking down through the roof. They came in and took out the piles and the siding in that area and they added in some new flashing and also added a little bit of a sloop to that valley so that the water would drain out. It’s been fine ever since and there are no leaks. The job was good, they were professional and I didn't find any mess in my yard after they left. The job had been done for a few days before I knew about it. It was a portion of the roof that you just can't see from the ground. There was a break down in the communication. It was done well and I am satisfied. There were on time doing it, I just find that out until later. I will call them again in the future if I needed any roofing work.

I dont expect I'll ever need a roofer before I die but If anyone I know needs one I only have 1 word ROOF! I was very happy with Swanson roofing. They went above and beyond and gave an exceptional experience from start to finish. I had several questions they were paient and informative when they answered. The products provided exceeded expectations in quality and options. They were able to educate me, and courdinate with other contractore to provide the service I asked for, and it was done to my requested specifications and with a great crew and owners. They were not the "cheap" roofing contractor, but they were the right one for my job.

I was very pleased with the work they did and everything about them. The reason I went with them was I was looking for a specific roofing material and they were the only people who could provide that to me. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They came out and gave us an estimate. We had received three estimates and they were all about the same. We really like Corey Swanson who came out and talked to us about the roof. We decided to go with them. We would refer them. They were really good.

Employee arrived the same day I called. He was there to take a look and give a rough estimate but happened to have the time to do the shingle repair that same day. He explained everything he did and I feel like I did not get swindled. I have just called them again because of a different area damaged by storms and they are repairing it the day after I called.

After leaving a message, Cory Swanson returned my call and immediately set up a time to come out and look things over. He listened carefully to myself and my son and checked out everything on the roof. He was back a day or two later with a good estimate and I said to go ahead. With the good weather, he called and asked if he could come a couple days before it was planned. His men were there very early in the morning and by 11:30 in the morning, they were finished. It was professionally done with no problems. I felt completely comfortable with the whole process. I would recommend them highly.

Not well. No response to my request for a quote.

He arrived to do an estimate and he did so without my being there. He verified he'd been her, said he would type it up and give it to me with different information about shingle options and more. The information even included a voluntary list of roofs he'd already done we could view. We made an agreement on the materials and I gave them a deposit and scheduled a date for service. Weather created some problems but that was an understandable delay and then they were flexible when I had to reschedule due to my work schedule. When they did the work they did so in a very professional manner, working well together as a crew. They did a great job and were very easy to communicate with during the entire process. They cleaned up nicely afterward, the roof is serving it's purpose without fail and we're very pleased. We recommend them.

Nice enough guys. Showed up when they said they would. Appears to be interested in specific types of roofing jobs. Aren't real interested in repairs or dealing with cedar siding near a leak. Was surprised they weren't even interested in bidding on the job. Luckily its been dry so I could call some other folks.

Got detailed information on the bid, product, work that would be done, and what I needed to do. On roofing day they came on time & got to work. Quiet overall, seemed to work together very well; took care to cover my plants & windows from debris, good clean up. Very professional. They were a little more expensive than the other bid I got, but they did a quality job with a good product. I also appreciated their helpful website and being able to contact them via email.

Arrived early on scheduled day with crew of 15 to 20 men. Very professional. Finished miday, cleaned up every nail and hauled away all the debris. It was an unbearably hot day but I heard no complaining or foul language from anyone. It was a joy watching them work.

They were prompt in providing the estimate. they were very proffesional in their write up. Just very expensive as I said before.

Called and talked with owner Cory Swanson first week of April about a leaking roof and need for possible new roof. He took my name and number and said it would be at least a week before he could get out to look things over and he'd call to set up a time. It's now been 4 weeks and I've never heard from him. Surely all the rainy days we've had where no roofing work could be done would give him time to make a call and let me know he hasn't forgotten about me... We went with one of the companies that did get back to us and send someone out to view our job.

We had estimates from a couple of other people and they had the best estimate. They also let us looked at some of their other work around town, which was very beneficial.

He was professional and stated that he would clean up after the work was done. They were very nice.
