Description of Work: We needed a full roof replacement and they did a very good job. They are slightly more expensive than other roofers we looked at, but their customer service was excellent and they offer a higher quality shingle option (in addition to the standard quality that the other companies quoted us). You have to plan ahead with these guys because they are so busy - we signed a contract in November and didn't have the roof replaced until June. They did some patch work for free though, so the wait was not detrimental to our house. They completed the job in the time promised, despite iffy weather at the start of the project. We would recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: Amazing team of workers. Very organized. They removed my shingles and replaced some wood that needed to be replaced and then put on new shingles.

Description of Work: The Roofing Dogs completely removed our old roofing and replaced it with GAF shingles. They did all of this in one day, including a complete clean-up afterwards. They were absolutely professional in all manner of operation. They answered all of my questions ahead of time and any lingering the day of and after installation. I would use them again without question. I am very pleased with their work, attitude, professionalism: You name it, they were great!!!

Description of Work: Swanson Roofing put a new roof on our house in 2010. We also had new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards installed by a sub-contractor they arranged for. Within the last few years the gutters were clogged and appeared to actually not be properly aligned. I called and Garret came out to look at them and told me that they would replace the gutter guards at no cost and fix the gutter alignment, again at no cost. As it was explained to me they had become dissatisfied with the quality of work by this sub-contractor and knew that the work done was not up to their standards. I was stunned to say the least that they would do this work at no cost to us. It says something to me that they would feel responsible, four years later, to fix the problem. I am impressed by their sense of responsibility for their work and their professionalism, and the speed with which the work was done. I appreciate their integrity and would never hesitate referring them in future. Thank you, Swanson Roofing, for fixing a problem which was truly no fault of yours.

Description of Work: They put on a new roof and new gutters. I could not have been happier with the professionalism of the crew! The roof looks top notch and I have actually had people comment on how great it looks and the quality of the work. Most of all I am pleased that they said what they were going to do and then actually kept their word.

Description of Work: We received an estimate from them but it was quite a bit higher than the company we ended up using. They gave us a bid but never followed up on it. I'm sure they do good work but price was important to us.

Description of Work: we called for a quote for minimal roof repair. They called back within 24 hours and we set up an appointment two days out. The worker came when he said he would, had a look at the 2 problems and explained why perhaps they wouldn't be the best folks for the repair [cedar shingles on a chimney surround] but offered to email the names of contractors we could use and offered to send us a quote for replacement of a malfunctioning motorized roof vent. All in all very professional. I would certainly call them again for a big or small job.

Description of Work: Would not come to look at our home as they did not work on roofs that do not have plywood underlayment. They do not work on homes that have wood shake.
