Description of Work: He only did half the job, said he needed to order a special part, sent bill for what he had done and I promptly paid it. Probably my mistake, should have held off paying until the job was completed. After 2 1/2 months attempting to contact him in emails and phone calls with NO response I will have to find another plumber to complete or redo the project. I ABSOLUTELY would NOT rehire.

+ -1 moreI have called Simply Plumbing a couple of times in the past. They were able to come to my house same say (both times). My most recent call was to replace some water supply valves for my washing machine. They were quick and tried to save me money when possible. I don't think I would call another plumber.
Description of Work: Water heater install, water supply valve replacement, toilet flange repair, general under sink leaks.

+ 0 moreI have always had good experiences with Simply Plumbing. They pay attention to keeping the house clean (even when working in the dirty crawl space) and are very friendly and helpful.
Description of Work: Mark Cousert is wonderful. His company has always treated me very well. They are very responsive and their charges are reasonable. He installed a new water heater for me on the same day i called to say it was not working. He has moved outside water spiggots for me and helped with complicated leaks under the kitchen sink. He also helped me with a bathroom remodel. Can't thank him enough for the great service he's provided.

Description of Work: They did a plumbing inspection for my old house. They checked out some valves, checked the battery to the sump pump. They replaced a water heaters. They installed a sump pump and the battery. They have come out to my home to address an emergency.
