My experience with them was good and they did a good job. The door actually worked for a while but the next day it acted up again so he came over pretty quickly and made some additional adjustments, obviously for an additional fee. That fixed it for good. They were very personable. As far as I can tell the owner is the guy that does it. He was pretty attentive and was able to address the problem. We ran into an additional hiccup and he addressed it pretty quickly so I appreciated that. I have no idea what the pricing was but it sounded okay to me. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need to.

I call them one snowy afternoon. They were able to come out the same day. He arrived in about 2 hrs. and adjusted the garage door so it would close after one push of the button. He also oiled and checked everything else on the door. I was impressed with their service and will use them again.

Kevin Jannusch was very professional and honest. He helped me pick out a door that would work for my house (a home built in the 1920s), and that would look nice with the style of the house. He also talked to me about certain safety features, and he told me what features were most useful. He came when he said he would, the work was done in the time frame he said it would be done, and everything was tidied up at the end of the project. He even put an extra button in for me, so I can close the door as I am walking out. I am really happy with the door and the service. It looks and works great.

Incredible price, but great service. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Told me I didn't need to replace the door opener too which was refreshing honesty. The door, associated parts and insulation are perfect. I would definitely use them again.

I called to see the available time frame of doing the job of repairing a broken spring on our garage door on the 12th and by noon that day he had upgraded and repaired the door. I was very happy with the response time and the communication from him! Definately would and will recommend him in the future.

They repaired our smaller garage door and checked and oiled our larger one.

Kevin was great! Calling resulted in leaving a message, which always scares me, but he responded very soon and was easy to talk with. Explained what I had, and he was able to quickly diagnose and suggest a remedy, and gave me a flat cost to do the work (which was a little less than other reviews on this site). Others I called said about the same thing, but not as clearly. He brought one other guy within the 1 hour window he told me (next day), and they were both very nice, got down to business, and cleaned up after. Great job, quick service, and pleasant people. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing garage door service.

Kevin was great to work with. It was after normal working hours, but he took the time to take care of additional parts of my door opener system while there to help me out. Definitely recommend Reliable Overhead Door.

This morning we awoke to find that the double-car sized garage door would not lift. My husband and I managed to get it open so we could get the cars out early this morning. One of the two large springs had sprung apart. We are new to the area and do not know many people for recommendations. I joined Angie's List and read all the reviews posted in the Champaign-Urbana area and was convinced that calling Kevin at Reliable Overhead Doors was the right choice, and it really was. He answered my call in the morning, got the information he needed over the phone to assess what my door needed and estimated he would arrive in the late afternoon. He kept me posted during the day about when he would be arriving so I didn't feel trapped at home waiting- who does that? Kevin does. He arrived at 4:30pm with all the equipment my garage door needed and it was fixed in 30 minutes. Perhaps it wasn't a busy day, but I was very impressed by his professionalism and respect for my time. I told him I found his information on Angie's List and that other people gave him great reviews, and mine would be no different. Gets my highest marks. Thank you Kevin!

The garage replacement took a little over half-a-day and went in without any problems. The existing garage door opener had a non-working switch which they fixed. They replaced the tracks, springs and door. The new door is better quality than the old door and the seals are now good. It looks fantastic and works so much more quietly. We were really pleased with the efficiency and professional quality of the work. Very friendly installer. We are really happy with the work and experience with the company overall.

Fabulous experience with Kevin, the owner. After a very positive recommendation from a friend, I originally called to have a garage door opener repaired and asked for an estimate on a new door. I was quoted a price to repair opener (that was over 15 years old) and before he got a chance to work on it I decided to check a new opener since I had already asked for a price on a new door. The difference between new and repaired was only about $120 and it seemed silly to repair an old opener for a new door. I was quoted a price of about $1450 to replace both the opener and the door so I decided to go ahead and do both. Kevin did not have a new opener with him so he said he would come back Monday (this was on a Friday) with a new one. I was not charged for an extra service call...and he still had to come back one more time on one of the coldest days of this winter to replace the door. The estimate was firm although he invested 3 trips to get it all done. He called to let me know when he would be there and was absolutely great to work with. I would highly recommend him..honest, accurate (no surprises) estimates, went out of his way. In fact between the first visit of looking at opener and replacing, he made sure garage was secure since opener did not work. He thought of something that I would not have, and his concern for safety and security was very impressive.

In the first instance my garage door opener failed on a cold Sunday in January. I called Kevin that day, and he was at my house the following morning. He was able to repair the opener, and I have had no further problems with it. The second time I had to call him one of the torsion springs controlling the door broke. Again, Kevin responded quickly. He arrived at my home with the proper spring and was able to get the door operating in no time. Finally he replaced the gasket at the bottom of the door. Kevin is prompt and, as the name says he is reliable. He conducts himself in a professional manner. I can recomment him highly.
