BILLY OAKS ASPHALT PAVING

This guy was "in the neighborhood", supposedly after finishing another job, and noticed that my Dad's concrete driveway had a couple of cracks and that the concrete was deteriorating on his front porch. Talked him into immediately taking the rest of the load of asphalt and had him write a check on the spot. Finished the double car driveway and then asphalted the front porch. Who in the world suggests putting asphalt on a concrete front porch??? By the way, my Dad was 85 and had suffered a stroke. He also told my Dad that he would come back in the fall and seal the driveway at no charge. All attempts at contacting this individual failed. I finally contacted the local police department to see if he could be prosecuted. Turns out he was wanted in Florida for committing fraud.
