+ -1 moreOur garage door spring broke and caused the center strap to separate from the second panel from the top. We called another company for an estimate on the repair. We were charged $63.00 for someone to come out and tell us that they did not carry that brand of door and could not repair the door, but would sell us a new door for approximately $1300.00. My son then noticed a label on the door with Troy Garage Door's name on it (I was out of town when all of this was happening). We called Troy Garage Door and had someone out for an estimate. They informed us that the door was still under warranty. They scheduled us for replacement service the next day, and we were charged only $150.00 for labor.
Description of Work: The company replace my entire garage door, including the spring, but not including the tracks.

+ -1 moreTHERE WAS AN OLDER GENTLEMAN THAT CAME. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT. THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED.
Description of Work: SOMETIMES THE DOOR NEEDS A LITTLE ADJUSTMENT. ONE TIME THEY FIXED A ROLLER.
