GUARANTEED SEWER & DRAIN CLEANING

I called Rick to inquire about clearing washing machine drain in basement floor of 100 year old house - drains to field in back yard - mine has roots clogging it. Rick was very helpful in diagnosing the problem over the phone, and based on my apparent need to re-do the washing machine drain with a lift system to drain thru main sewer line, I didn't need his drain cleaning services as the old line floor drain line should be abandoned.

He was on time, professional, and even informative.

Kitchen drain was blocked -- the second time in nine months after 17 years with no blockages. Rick Blair was recommended by Kirkwood Plumbing a year ago when he cleared a messy block, came back today to clear a small block again in the same spot. Works seems fine though I can't help but question two visits in one year after none for so long. Side Note: Rick loves explaining what's happening, how it all works. He's heavyset and getting a 200-pound piece of equipment up/down steep basement stairs isn't easy for him.

Guarantee Plumbing was recommended to me by Kirkwood Plumbing as they do not do drain cleaning. I called and a happy person answered and said he'd be there by late morning and he was. He went right to work, cleared the drain and gave me valuable information on how to properly use the garbage disposal.

Rick is great. He did a great job and explained everything - including what to expect in terms of mess. I have already recommended Guaranteed to two people.

Rick is very polite and friendly. He returned my call promptly to schedule the appt. He called before he came to let me know he was on his way. He did the job quickly and efficiently. Overall, it was a great experience ( well, as great as having your drain cleaned can be!).

I THOUGHT RICK (THE OWNER) WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. HE COMPLETELY EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND ACTUALLY TOOK A MIRROR AND SHOWED ME WHAT WAS GOING ON DOWN IN MY DRAIN. HE DIDN'T TRY AND HARD SELL ME ON THE FUTURE OR ADDITIONAL SERVICES, ALTHOUGH HE MENTIONED THAT I MAY HAVE TO REPEAT THE SERVICE IN THE FUTURE. I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

CAME OUT TO CLEAN A OUT SIDE SEWER DRAIN ON SATURDAY AND THEY WERE HERE WITHIN A FEW HOURS. THEY CLEANED THE DRAIN GOOD.

RICK BLAIR WAS ON TIME (ON A SUNDAY) AND EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING. HE SNAKED THE KITCHEN DRAIN, BUT WAS UNABLE TO UNCLOG IT. HE SAID HE DID NOT GO ON ROOFS, BUT SINCE THE KITCHEN ROOF AT THE LOCATION OF THE STACK IS ONLY ABOUT 8-FT ABOVE THE REAR DECK, THE STACK WAS REACHABLE VIA LADDER AND HE WAS ABLE TO SNAKE THE STACK CLEARING THE CLOG.

RICK WAS VERY PROMPT AND INFORMATIVE. HE GAVE US SOME POINTERS TO USE THAT WILL HELP TO KEEP THE ROOTS FROM GROWING BACK.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB HE DID. FIXING THE LEAK ONLY REQUIRED ADJUSTING AND TIGHTENING A PIPE AND HE DIDN'T CHARGE FOR IT. HE LISTENED TO ME, EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WARNED ME OF THE RISKS. HE ALSO SUGGESTED WAYS OF AVOIDING FUTURE CLOGS, VERY PROFESSIONAL.

RICK BLAIR WAS ONE OF THE MOST INFORMATIVE PEOPLE I'VE HAD TO DO WORK FOR ME.
