When he came out he determined that my door had dropped thus the dead bold did not fit into the slot in the door frame. He adjusted the door and worked on the on the door frame slot. It worked. I only had to pay for his service to come to my home.
Description of Work: I needed the deadbolt lock on my front door replaced or fixed as I wasn't able to lock the door. I called for 24/7 service.

Personally I would never return their if they are this disinterested in business and with such poor customer service skills. They used to be a very helpful company.
Description of Work: Made the trip to ask about secure quality locks and were subjected to rude customer service and an unwillingness to even offer suggestions or solutions. The two women behind the front desk seemed disinterested in assisting us and one was a bit confrontational in addressing my concerns about "lock bumping" making it seem as the process is uncommon and much more difficult to do than illustrated on tv or the web.

I WAS TOTALLY DISSATISFIED. PEOPLE BEING PAID FOR SERVICE SHOULD REMEMBER THE RULE OF THUMB: NO CUSTOMER, NO PAYCHECK.
