Description of Work: Our pool heater was not working so they came out to look at it. It was a wiring issue which they fixed.

Description of Work: We have used TriCity Pools to open and close our pool for two years now as well as for any issues that arise during the season. Greg and his team are always very punctual in dealing with issues and dropping off chemicals, etc. They return calls promptly and give service at a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone within their service area.

+ -1 moreThe owner visited us and determined that the old pool heater was beyond repair. He gave us estimates of the cost of a new heater and installation. We elected to purchase the heater from In The Swim because they were offering a seasonal discount. Upon delivery of the heater, Tri-City came the next day, completed the installation, and removed the old heater.
Description of Work: Installed new pool heater (heater was purchased separately).

+ -1 moreThey were good. They answered the phone immediately which is unusual. They came out and did the work. The price was fair and I would use them again. I spent $185 on that work. We were very happy with them.
