+ -1 moreMike is honest, conscientious and very professional. I have known him for years. He is reputable and professional. He came within a few days, did the work on time, his price was fantastic and he stands by what he does. He gave me no run around and got right into the issues and fixed them in a timely manner. He even gave me photos of my attic showing me what was there and what he did to solve my problem, which had been caused by condensation I did not know about.
Description of Work: Find and fix ground fault issue and replace wiring in attic to a celling fan.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. There was even unexpected issues in rewiring my new oven which required them to come out for an additional visit and they did so happily with no questions asked.
Description of Work: Total Electric Controls & Maintenance handled all the rewiring for my renovated kitchen job included setting up all new outlets and switches. I opened up my kitchen to my living room completely removing a wall so the extent of the rewiring was significant.
