I received immediate response. Alvin came within twenty-four hours to assess the situation and give me an estimate. The work was done the next day and he stuck to his quote. The two fellows ("crew") he brought along for the job were excellent. All in all, I was very happy with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to use Patch Boys of Kane County for any future repairs or projects.
