They responded right away when I called. They came out to pick up the cage and release the woodchuck. They were very gentle with the woodchuck and it turned out better than I thought. Very well. He trapped a mouse and took it away to be released in the wild. We chose this provider because he took the time to save the animals and not kill them. He was a kind professional who knew what to do and didn't waste time. Speaking of time, he returned our call promptly and showed up on time. We will contact him again when we have an animal problem.

I was not pleased with their service. He did not believe the squirrel was still in there so he said he would put that thing on so the squirrel can't get back in and the problem is solved. Two days later, I was still hearing noises in my attic and when I called to say I was hearing noises and something was still up there and they did not fix this, he did not believe me or take my concern seriously. He was not willing to address them. We knew what the noises were and then the noises came back so we knew what it was and he was telling me it was not possible. I was not pleased at all. There was another issue too where he had said he was going to come back to do something to check what he installed and check for signs of entry. It was never clear that he came back and did what he said he was going to do. He was not responsive and did not take my concern seriously. I called a second provider and he came and all it took was 2 minutes upstairs in my attic and there it was the dead squirrel. Whatever he put up there was fine because I had the other guy check it and it was adequate, but we called them because we knew there was a squirrel in there and we needed it out, and he didn't do that. He told us he believed it had gotten out. That was not what happened. The squirrel was never gone, it was not dead. I heard it running around. He was saying there was no way it was still alive, and then it died and the second guy found the dead squirrel. The first time we called him, he did come out quickly but with the follow up, he was not responsive.

Brad is always great with the animals, is very responsive when we call. We've had him remove MULTIPLE animals over the past few months.

He was very knowlegable and found out what was causing the issue.

It went great! I left a message in the morning and received a call back in about half an hour. Brad was nice and informed me of when he could make it out to look at my attic. He arrived at the beginning of the window and after accessing the situation, gave me the option of handling the tiny varmints myself or paying him to do it. He was very honest and knowledgeable.

Brad was great. As usual, he was responsive to our need. We had the motherload of skunks running through our backyard. We thought they were under our deck but it turned out to be pesky possums. He had to make several trips out over the next couple months to remove them, including one on the day of the Super Bowl during a blizzard (so the possum wouldn't be trapped out in it). I also called him today as we had a dead squirrel on our deck. He is always responsive, professional and compassionate with the animals. Thanks Brad!

Left a message. Brad returned the call and came out within an hour. He pumped a powder in and on the hive to get rid of the hornets. He said the hornets would be gone by the next day, which they were.

On Labor Day weekend I was taking down a tree which, unknown to me, had a nest of "Bald Faced Paper Hornets" in it. The nest was the size of a football. I called Suburban Wildlife and left a message. Brad returned my call Labor Day morning and I told him the situation. He came out the next morning and sprayed and "neutralized" the hornets and nest. I thank Brad for his understanding and prompt service and reasonable cost. He explained to me this type of hornet is the most vicious he ever has to face.

Brad came out the next day and set 2 traps near possible points of entry on appprox. 3/31/14. On the morning of 4/5/14 a raccoon was in one of the traps. Brad promply came out to remove it and reset the trap. On 4/6/14 another raccoon was caught. We decided to leave the traps in place for another couple of weeks to be sure we were in the clear. An opossum was in the trap on 4/10 with another opossum caught on 4/16/14. Brad suggested leaving the traps another week to be sure. He returned on 4/21/14 to remove the traps. We were extremely pleased with Brad's promptness and professionalism. We would not hesitate to use him in the future.

They always call back very promptly and are always very responsive to our needs. Brad is very thorough in addressing our specific problems and explains exactly what should be done. He is very trustworthy, very reasonable in cost, and will continue to be my first call to address any wildlife needs.

Called Suburban Wildlife and Brad came out within a few hours to set up the necessary equipment to capture a raccoon. Within a few days animal was captured and removed. Very professional and timely business. Highly recommend.

We called Brad because we suspected we had an animal under our deck. He came out and set the traps and confirmed we had a possum. He set multiple traps, as our deck had different ways the possum could come and go. Ours wasn't an emergency and I asked Brad if it needed to wait, because I was afraid we would catch something on Christmas and that would be a problem. He assured me that, no matter when we caught something, he'd be there to get it. About a week later, I heard the trap spring at night. We had caught our possum. Early the next morning, I peeked out at the possum and was surprised to see we had a skunk in another trap too! The possum was calm (playing possum) but the skunk was very active. I wondered how he'd remove it without my entire deck area smelling of skunk. (I have had a few friends who said when their skunks were removed, they sprayed, and the yard smelled for a long while.) I knew Suburban Wildlife was not a service that euthanized, I wanted the animals removed but not harmed. Brad assured me he would sedate the skunk and remove it safely. I must say, it was really remarkable to watch him with the skunk. The care he took with it, to safely knock it out but not harm it. We definitely will be using Suburban Wildlife again when the need arises.

When I called, I was transferred to a voice mail system and left a message stating what the problem was. Shortly thereafter, Brad had called me back and answered a few questions prior to us scheduling a date/time for him to come out. Brad arrived fairly early in the time window he gave me for the following day and was very informative on how to deal with skunks. He did tell me up front that the initial fee charged would be a contracted flat fee for three months and not to touch the cages left - that he would stop by every day in the morning and late afternoon to check on the cages. The only day he missed was in the afternoon of a day where we got a lot of snow (understandable). Unfortunately, no skunk was ever trapped. Brad hypothesized that a pregnant female skunk had burrowed under the front porch and left after one night. Male skunks had attempted to dig out the area under the front porch in an attempt to get to her. Brad filled the hole back up with the dirt and rock the best he could and put a temporary barrier where the hole was to prevent skunks (or any other animal) from getting back under the porch.

We found them on Angie's List. They have done quite a good job for us so far. The interaction has been very good. We would recommend people to use them. They have been in the business for 27 years. They are very prompt and very thorough. They are also no kill wildlife control. They release the animals into the refuge, which was something that we were looking for. We would recommend them highly. They were very prompt in returning our initial call. The call was made on Saturday and they came out the following day that was Sunday. They put traps down and started working on it right away. Their price is competitive as far as what I have heard from others.

Overall great, friendly, efficient service! I will use them again for any future animal removal needs.

It went well. I think the guy who came was very knowledgeable. In fact, he was very honest as well. He checked out the basement. He could have said we have problem a,b,c but he did not do that. In fact he was ready to move the premises until all look fine. When I had him investigate the deck area, that was where he found some signs that actually there was a rodent living underneath the deck. He was able to get rid of that.

Our lawn was badly damaged by some type of critter and we called Suburban Wildlife Control on a Sunday morning. We left a message and got a call back within just a few minutes. Brad came out that afternoon and set two traps using his secret bait for skunks and raccoons, which he indicated were the most likely to have caused the damage. The next morning we called Brad back to pickup the skunk one of his traps had caught. Almost three weeks later a raccoon was caught too. When we woke up to find that the lawn that we've worked hard all summer to keep looking good has been torn up by an unwelcome guest feeding on grubs, etc. we knew we needed professional help to prevent this from happening again. Fortunately we found Suburban Wildlife Control. Brad was always timely in his response, including on the initial Sunday call. He was very professional and demonstrated an understanding of, and compassion for, the animals he traps. His website allows for easy payment with PayPal or credit cards. I'd recommend Suburban Wildlife Control to anyone with a problem like ours.

Brad and Katy (and daughter) showed up at the appointed time, very punctually. The only reason for a B in Responsiveness is that for inspections, they have a and quot;routeand quot; they follow and it took a couple days to get on their route for the inspection. My understanding is that if we had an emergency, we would have been prioritized. Both of them are extremely friendly and personable. Brad got to work looking externally for where a bat would have had access to the inside of our home. Then, he did an exhaustive internal search into our attic, looking both for signs of access and for signs of bats being present. In our case - the 1 in a million, according to Brad - the bat must have accessed our home through a door. His only sign of the bat's presence (its guano) was on the exterior of one of the doors of the house. Brad's direct words were, and quot;100% guarantee this is where the bat got in.and quot; So - we were lucky. It was a fluke. A single bat sneaked its way into our house. Many infestations don't turn out so nice. We highly recommend Brad and Suburban Wildlife Control. It is clear they know what they're doing, where to look and how to remediate the problems if there are any.

He was absolutely amazing. He worked with our insurance, he was fast, thorough, punctual. He explained everything in detail about what he was doing with the bats. Very professional and knowledgeable. He is very careful with the animals to ensure he doesn't harm them. He even returned a 2nd time when we thought we heard bats again. He came for no cost at all because he stands by his work. He solved the problem again. It turned out to be a mouse rather than a bat that was trapped in the flue. I would highly recommend him!
