+ -1 moreI called Thursday night and spoke with Theresa. I called her service specifically as on the left side bar it stated 24 hour emergency service. We had just closed on our house and needed a last minute deep cleaning before move in on Monday. We were looking for service that Saturday. We spoke and she confirmed my number and said that it should not be a problem and would call me back on Friday to discuss details. Saturday has come and gone with no return call. This would have lead to a weekly service schedule had she been reliable.
Description of Work: No service rendered.
