Description of Work: Faucet froze and broke during winter. He came out for estimate and then returned fixed faucet and put in turn off in basement so will not happen again. Also slanted it so water would not be in pipes. Also pointed out PVC pipe leading to outside that needed cap and did that too.

Description of Work: Fixed the drain in a new shower basin that another plumber messed up and a couple of other minor plumbing issues. Gave me an estimate on a new copper hot water line that seemed reasonable.
