Peerless was great to work with. Right from the start! Respectful, responsive and more than anything, I appreciated their communication. Once permitting was completed, the install was done quickly. I have no hesitation recommending them or their work.

Installation went great but I called for a service repair. They took a long time to respond. When they responded they wanted to come out the same day. Luckily I was home. When they arrived I was not notified. They fixed the issue and left. No communication at all. They don’t communicate well. Now reported another service call over a month ago and they still have not communicated. They also installed a grey board that looks ugly. I probably would not use them again. Once they got the sale everything goes down hill. My door keeps dropping causing us not to be able to enter from the outside in. Very frustrated.

Holy cow!! Talk about value, efficiency and to top it off, esthetically gorgeous! Peerless crushed it and really turned my hum drum boring chainlink fence into this 6ft, strong erect structure that will surely make my home the talk of the block! Speaking of which, my neighbors were absolutely blown away by the style I had gone with. Not to mention the luscious aroma of cedar reminds me of a brand new 100 count cigar humidor that screams, "Take it in, all in. That is the smell of new beginnings". In all honesty that is really why we decided to get a privacy fence in the first place. To have a yard where my family and I can create new memories, enjoy our own little getaway to sit. Enjoy the kids playing on the swing set, let the dogs out and not have them bark at random moving objects or people and most importantly, I can walk outside in a speedo and not be looked at by my neighbors and get whistled at. The Peerless team really put out all the stops and I could not be happier. Shout out to Mr. Dan Brunner who came to my home to check on the build and made me feel special and important! Thanks for taking the time to to do that!
Great job, got the fence up in 1 day and from start to finish, eveything went so quick and easy!
PEERLESS... maybe should be PEERMORE!

PEERLESS FENCE GROUP is associate with Home Depot.
PEERLESS FENCE GROUP hires outside contractor to do their jobs for them.
PEERLESS FENCE GROUP does NOT supervise of has any contact whatsoever with this contractor while your fence is been installed. The contractor is basically working on its own, if you’re having any issues with the contractor or the installation of your fence,
PEERLESS FENCE GROUP does NOT assist you. Do get in contact with one of their employees you have to go through an answering service and or email them and they DO NOT call you back the same day… it took 3 days exactly for someone to call me back as I was having issues with the contractor.
Do NOT recommend this company at all.

Description of Work: Peerless Fence installed a black wire fence across the back of our yard. They were polite, quick, appointment time honored, pleasant and the price was what I wanted to pay. We will have more fencing installed and I we will use them again. I would give them an A+++!!

Description of Work: They installed a brand new plastic garden fence for me, maintenance free plastic material. Their installer really listened to our needs. Lined up perfectly to our window. Went back and fourth from the house to the yard to make sure everything was perfectly lined up.

Description of Work: Did not engage them. Estimator was not interested in assisting with figuring out fence details with my wife - she was inquiring about options, etc and he was not helpful. Received estimate almost 2 weeks later, via email, which merely indicated he thought he sent it the week before.

Description of Work: We called them to get a quote. They insisted they had to come out and couldn't quote based on he dimensions we already had from another quote. When the representative came to our house he didn't even go to the backyard and just used the sheet from our other quote. He said other products aside from his are 'crap'. I checked out the fence they said they installed in our neighborhood and it was already broken on the bottom.

Description of Work: We hired Peerless for pool security fence and around the yard. Our experience was awesome with salesman John Kaiser. He was very knowledgeable about the product and his suggestions were spot on! We have the bronze aluminum fencing. The response time to estimate was quick! On the job installers were punctual, pleasant, and very hard working-taking one short break and working late. We would hire Peerless againg and request John for our sale.

Description of Work: Craig Davis was our contact with this company. We contacted him several times but did not hear back from him in the end. Had one conversation by phone, but he wouldn’t meet our schedule on the weekends to come out to our house or long term a month from now. Since we couldn’t meet up, we faxed our information three times, but he never responded.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for an estimate, which the sales guy canceled at the last minute. I rescheduled the appointment, met the sales guy, and talked with him in detail about what we wanted. He took some measurements and said he would get back to me with a quote. I never heard from him again.
