Description of Work: Routine maintenance Fall checkup of two furnaces and humidifiers. Everything was fine. We have used McNally's in the past for repair of our A/C units. They have always provided top-notch service. As a result, we have enrolled in their annual service plan.

Description of Work: Brian was on time and very pleasant. We bought an Angie's list deal for a furnace cleaning and Brian completed all points discussed in the deal. He recommended a new igniter but did tell us we didn't need it right now, most heating a/c companies might have taken advantage and told me I needed it that day. He quoted us $140 for the igniter and $85 for the service call which seems pricey but I believe he is a soul employee.making his service fee more? Would recommend him to family and friends.

customer thanks for the feedback. $85 dollars is pretty standard price throughout the industry unless someone is running a special or you have a coupon. unfortunately the ignition system in your furnace is one of the most expensive ones out there.I had discussed with your husband its something i would repair as needed and wouldnt recomend replacement during preventive maintenance. I would only do it on an as needed basis. if you decide to do it during maintenance obviously there would be no service call fee involved saving you the $85 dollars i was basically giving him the worst case scenario if he had to call in an emergency type situation.
