Description of Work: Tuned two furnaces and humidifiers for winter use. Also paid for future jobs. Did not go well. Cancelled all.

Description of Work: We had a Lenox mid-grade furnace, air conditioning and humidifier replacement for our 25+ year old systems. Equipment works as promised and it's a beautiful thing! We haven't seen new utility bills yet but we also have been lucky with the cooler weather. Humidifier was definitely worth the little extra. They did not communicate that they needed to stop for more PVC pipe before arriving, making them show a little bit after the promised arrival time but finished the job with professionalism and punctuality. I expect we'll ask them back for equipment checks in the future.

Description of Work: Had installed a humidifier earlier and did a great job. However, a small leak developed in the water feed. I asked them to come out to do a furnace inspection and tune-up and to address the leak at the same time. All was done promptly and very well. We would recommend this company.

Description of Work: They're very easy to work with. Although I told them it was for our radiant heat floors, they first dispatched an entry-level tech who couldn't do anything and had to reschedule one of the owners to come out. Fine. Then though, it became a much larger expenditure than 'replace a fan' should seem to need to be - enough to want to get a second a opinion.. so while I would still use them in the future, I'd also shop them, which gives me a sinking feeling:-\ The quotes didn't line up either between what we were given by one owner then what we received from the other brother... at any rate, it may not be something they could have done anything about but it's unsettling. They have also serviced our furnace successfully and without any communications issues and I know people who refer them but the radiant heat issue and miscommunication around it was a concern for me and one other A-Listers should be aware of.

Description of Work: Replaced 20-year old furnace. Had previous estimates but found incredible price on Angie's list! No strings attached. I was nervous I decided to do the installation 2 days before a household of people were coming for Thanksgiving dinner - not to worry! Everything went smooth, installers were awesome. Great experience from start to finish and we are staying warm warm warm!!
