reported the thermo coupling was worn, but OK for this season and should be replaced for next season. he didn't have one on his truck or he would have replaced it then. I will call Mc Nally's next season to do this.

I was contacted immediately after purchasing the big deal. The appointment was scheduled and the provider arrived promptly. The technician took less than 2 hours for the installation and was very prompt and courteous. If I need future furnace or air conditioner work, I will definitely call McNally's.

We would definitely use them again.

McNally's Hvac emailed me immediately as soon as I purchased the whole house humidifier deal on Angie's list. I provided 3 days and times for scheduling and they scheduled my service install promptly. Great communications, I received followup and confirmation emails right away. Brian McNally called me the morning of the appointment to give me an eta for the technician. Ed McNally arrived on time and went to work right away. Ed was friendly, knowledgeable and completed the work beautifully. Brian called me later the same day to make sure the install went well and make sure everything was working well and to my satisfaction I was so pleased with the communications and quality of the work I will contact the McNally's again for services at my home.

It went pretty well. He showed up on time and did good work. He did more work that we anticipated. He replaced some filters. After he left, he was not working in one of the zones for one of our heaters and the wires had become disconnected and he did have to come back a 2nd time; but there was not a charge for that. He was responsive was great and easy to work with.

Due to my work schedule, I was called in prior to my appointment with them the first time. I was unable to call and cancel the appointment. I spoke with Brian and he was awesome. He was very understanding and we rescheduled the appointment for the following Friday. The tech that came out was very courteous and professional. He cleaned the furnace and took time to explain to me several things which I really appreciated. I actually requested that they come back and do some additional work to the humidifier system that I have. I had a Heating and Cooling person that I dealt with for 23 years until he retired. Looks like Brian will have me as a customer until he retires.

The service turned out fine. We do intend to use them for regular maintenance in the future. The owner Brian McNally assisted us and they were very straight forward in finding the issue and getting the issue repaired right away.

Brian is a true professional and I would recommend McNally's to anyone who is looking for trustworthy and reliable service. This past Friday my wife called me and told me that the air conditioning wasn't working, and it was supposed to be a very hot weekend. So I called up Brian and before he came out, he told me to check a few things to see if it was something I could fix on my own. We tried that but for some reason the converter kept developing ice. Brian came out first thing Saturday morning and diagnosed the problem and was able to get it fixed before it started heating up. We were so impressed with how quick he was to come over and perform service on our air that we decided we wanted him to come out and service and air and heater at the beginning of the spring and fall for the next several year. If you are looking for a great Air and Heating guy in the tri city area, i would highly suggest you give Brian McNally a call.

It was a great experience! Monday we heard a loud boom outside, turned out to be our AC unit literally blew up. It was about noon i called Brian and told him I had little ones and it was hottest day of year. He was out within two hrs. He quoted me couple thousand less then what a big AC company did back in fall. I agreed to do it and within 48 hrs I had both units removed and new ones installed. His team were professional and very friendly. Also very helpful at end of job to talk me through everything! GREAT JOB, my family is very grateful to Brian and his crew!!!!!!!!

I called him to come back and check everything before winter, he came and did that. I am a new widow and don't know anything about furnaces. I am so glad I found someone who I can depend on to keep my furnace in good running condition.

I contacted Brian at McNally's Heating & Cooling a couple of months ago as a replacement for my current company which was recently sold. Brian was very courteous in explaining about his company to me. We discussed my needs for the upcoming Summer season with regards to my air conditioning and he assured me he would contact me when it was closer to the time of the year for annual maintenance. Sure enough! Brian called me and within a matter of days he was here inspecting my equipment and making sure I was ready for the summer to come on. Brian was friendly, professional, and very informative. It appeared as though my capacitor was rather rusty and Brian explained what it exactly was, how it worked, what the replacement would cost today and gave me the option to replace it now or to wait. He also explained that to wait could mean having no service when I'd need it most and possible damage to the condensor. After considering my informed options I chose to have Brian replace it with one he had in stock in his truck. Even though I had just met Brian, I truly felt that he cared about my equipment. I appreciate that. I also asked Brian to look at the humidifier as it didn't do a very good job this past winter. While it would not be effective to fix it right now, with the season being over, he did make some suggestions as to what the problems could be...I appreciate his creative problem solving thinking ability...rather than just picking an easy and often costly solution. I will definitely call him and use his company again!

Brian was fabulous. I would not use anyone else to do furnace or heating system, plumbing work. Very neat just the best experience. I will definitely pass their name around.

With a new house and a little one on the way we needed a whole house humidifier. And McNally's Heating and Cooling offered the exact unit I wanted. I emailed them and had a response a few minutes later. I asked a few questions , called them up and set up the appointment. Brian arrived on time and even called 30min before arrival. Actual install took 2,5 hrs as he predicted. Did a great job with the install and even added a power outlet which was needed.He explained all the features and did more than expected. We are very happy with the money spend, especially since I considered doing the install myself, but after I saw how much work and extra material it actually takes I never had buyer's remorse. A+ for this guy.

They told me that they would complete the job in one day. They arrived Tuesday at 8:30am, worked in 90° indoor temp and 97° outdoor temp and completed the job by 5pm, as stated. The work was done quickly, clean and without typical HVAC service drama. My wife was impressed with the cleanliness? of the installation, nothing left behind and nothing for us to clean, just enjoy the crisp cool air in this heat wave. It?s now a week later and the system is working perfectly through this ongong summer heat, poised for those 100° days. I plan to call McNally twice a year for both furnace and AC startup service to ensure continued optimum Trane HVAC performance. Mcnally's Heating and Cooling came very highly recommended from a friend I ran into. I was telling my friend that my AC's fan was running but wouldn't click over to blow cold air. He told me about Mcnally's and how knowledgeable a gentleman named Brian was and wasn't going to take me to the cleaners like most repair men do. I gave Brian a call and he was available almost immediately. He took a look at my unit and went right to work. I felt at ease while he did the work and in an hour he had my AC working again. I was so pleased with his work and reasonable price that I asked him at a later date to come back and fix a small leak I had on my water heater pipe. He showed me what was wrong, what he was going to fix it and how much it would cost. He had all the tools to fix my problem and took care of it very promptly. There is no one else I would call for my problems anymore. Brian is the most helpful handyman I know! As a single female its hard to trust a handyman and know everything is done correctly. With Brian I know the job was done correctly and the price was just right!Thanks again!

My humidifier didn't work when I moved into my townhouse. After a year and a half my air conditioner broke and my furnace and water heater were on their last legs. I decided to replace everything. Brian gave me the best estimate and was the most sincere of all the companies I called. While he was installing the air conditioner a neighbor was watching and told me that Brian is "the real deal". That gave me a lot of confidence because I was not experienced in having someone do a heating and air job for me before. It only took Brian 1 day to do the work. He explained to me what he was doing along the way and was happy to answer my questions. He arrived on time and took care to protect my white carpet. He wore shoe protectors, too. He did a good job cleaning up well when he left. Since then, I've had occasion to ask him questions about how to operate the humidifier and how to light the pilot light on the water heater. (I sort of suffocated it. Don't ask.) He called me back and patiently talked me through the steps. He is kind and conscientious. I'd recommend him to anyone who asks. He is indeed "the real deal"!
