The installation was great, and everything has worked perfectly since... with one exception. We had a problem after a few months when (we later discovered) falling leaves were sucked into the furnace intake pipe, which prevented the furnace from starting. But Jack's guy came out and took care of it promptly.

Work done well and in a timely manner

McGarel air was an A+ from start to finish. The owner, Jack, came to our house the day I called him for a free estimate on our heating issues. We had two prior quotes so wanted one more opinion. Jack was 100% honest and gave us our two best options stating that he would highly discourage a 2nd heating system as it wasn't required. Jack and his team (Chris and Paul) added a 2nd floor zone to our current system and re worked/added multiple ducts to the upstairs and our childrens bedrooms. They also installed a new furnace and the price was very reasonable. The job took a good two days longet than anticipated because of all the issues they kept running into ( long story short was whoever added the addition on the house just kept tapping off old ducts and not running new ones correctly). Jack never asked for more money and he stayed true to his quote although the job was bigger than anticipated (not one of the delays was due to them, just the size of the job) At the end of the job we purchased a new water heater as well and Jack picked it up for us and delivered it in his van so we didn't have to do anything. That was not part of the job but just something he did for us and went the extra mile. I would recommend McGarel Air to anyone who is having HVAC issues or concerns. His entire team was professional and courteous. .

The service is very good. They always manage to come out the same day that you call no matter what the temperature is. One time they did not have a part to repair our furnace but they were able to rig it to where it would work until the next when they got the part.

They did a really good job. The price was reasonable. They have come out to do maintenance and to fix things. Sometimes it is hard to get people to come back out after they installed something and they came back out.
