They showed up on time and removed all items we asked them to take. They did a very good job and were very professional. We will be using them in the future as we are down sizing and have more stuff to dispose of. Their fee was very reasonable compared to other similar companies.

I am very happy with the service. I called this morning to get my basketball pole picked up. The response was very quick and price was customer friendly. They were cheaper than most of the junk services I called this morning. The most important part is they picked up the pole within 2 hrs from the time I called. Quick and excellent service. The guys that came to pick up were also very professional and quick. I recommend everyone to give junk genie a try for getting your junk picked up and for quick service.

They were 3 to 4 - hours late, but gave a discount to compensate.

Keith was great! His team came when it was convenient for us and they were quick and we couldn't have gotten the job done without them.

I called late Fiday afternoon, they were there by 1:00 PM Saturday afternoon. Had two people to pick up items. Joey and Danny. Both were very nice and professional and worked very hard and very fast. I was very impressed by their attitudes and their approach to the work. The price was very fair. The service was excellant! I would use them again with absolutely no hesitation at all.

How did it go? It went very well. They showed up timely, were very professional, and fast. Also competitively priced. But, do know they recycle per content of objects, not as objects themselves. In other words, the particleboard desk I had them take away will be recycled as particle board, not as a desk. So, the good news is they recycle. But, if you want your unwanted objects to be recycled as they are, this service provider is not your answer.

Perfect! Received phone call a few hours before confirming time and address. Julian and Mario came on time and were polite and professional. They worked quickly and enthusiastically. Both had to remove very heavy and awkward items from inside the house and did so without any damage to the house. I would use Junk Genie again without hesitation.

TERRIFIC!!!! 2 gentleman showed up who were so nice and considerate. Moved liked champs. Never touched my walls or hardware floors. And this stuff was big, bulky, and heavy. I was more than impressed. I am over the moon to have found this company and I am certain that I will be calling them in the future.

It went smooth as silk! The 2 guys were fast and efficient. Very neat, polite, and professional. We've had this done before by another vendor, and though they were good, I think Junk Genie (Keith) was a shade better and cheaper. We have more stuff that we will sort through and will definitely call them back FWIW, we called on a Monday they were available for Wed., but we opted for Thurs.

The Junk Genie helped us out of a bind. We had to get all of what was left out of my mother's apartment and originally had someone scheduled to come out to pick up the stuff. The person who was going to haul the stuff out never showed, called or let us know what was going on. After calling this person and getting numerous voice mails, we decided to look else where. We had to be out in 5 days and it was difficult to find someone that we could rely one. I asked my wife to call the Junk Genie and see when they could come out. She called the morning of 12/22 and they responded quickly. They came out within a couple hours and started right to work. They were efficient and very professional. They took everything and helped us out of a bind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help in clearing out or hauling stuff out of one's apartment or home. Thank you Junk-Genie!! It was worth every penny!!!

I have used them twice over the last 30 days or so. Two men and a truck each time. They cleaned out an entire basement including paints, mystery cans, old papers and clothes. Fast efficient and very nice attention to detail. They also tackled two car garage including old lawn mowers and a lot of accumulated junk.

It was an amazingly easy process. I called on Wednesday and they came on Saturday morning - ten minutes early!. The two guys doing all the work were prompt, pleasant, and professional. They cleared a large pile of accumulated junk from the basement and garage in record time. I would use this service again without hesitation.

everything went well. the guys were early, but called first; very efficient and cautious with moving things around my other items. 6 the price was higher than I expected, but when I quoted 6 Tupperware there were at least more, pulse assorted boxes. we discussed the next round of junk hauling already.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with Junk Genie! Helping downsize my parents' home and needing to haul out some furniture and miscellaneous boxes and stored clothes from the basement, I contacted seven area hauling services for estimates. Keith's prices were not the lowest of the group, but they were competitive with similar companies. Keith was very pleasant and very professional. He had a well established company with reliable staff and wonderful Angie's list reviews. Based on our conversations, I decided to have Junk Genie come out and take a look at the project... and, if the estimate was acceptable, complete the hauling. Two men arrived promptly with a large open top truck for flexibility in loading/stacking items. We reviewed the project and I decided to proceed. They worked tirelessly... were very responsive to my concerns in handling items as we moved things around... and were very conscientious with regard to wallpaper, door frames etc. Keith and his son Kyle responded immediately to any calls or questions, were thorough, pleasant and reliable in their service and pricing. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Junk Genie for your hauling projects!!

The men who came were pleasant and efficient and did a good job. My only problem with the service was that they came 2 hours after they were supposed to arrive. They were apologetic but since I had scheduled a first appointment of the day and made arrangements to go into work an hour late......and it ended up being three hours late.......I was not happy. If they had been on time I would have given them an A rating.

Provider missed the scheduled appointment window by over two hours due to rain and truck breakdowns, but was very apologetic. Rescheduled for the next morning and was willing to negotiate a lower cost. Employees were polite, fast, and cleaned up after. Despite some bumps in getting the job scheduled, the work was solid. I would hire them again.

. I called Keith on July 2 to ask for an estimate to remove a very heavy sleeper sofa from our living room. I had called a couple other places and had gotten some very high quotes. Keith gave me a fair price and said he could be at our house the next day. I received a call the next morning saying they would be at our house in thirty minutes. Right on time, the doorbell rang and Joey and Mario were there. I told them that this was a very heavy sofa and to make sure they didn't hurt themselves. ( I had called the salvation Army and they refused to take the couch because it was too heavy) They removed the sofa without a problem and were as nice and polite as anyone could wish. I will definitely use their services again.

The pre-service consultation was seamless and reflected very good customer service as someone answered the phone each time I called. The consultant was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. On the day of service, June Genie arrived on time. The 3 men were very professional, courteous and efficient. There was an attitude of 100% customer service and a willingness to accomodate requests. They were clean and quick and the pricing was fair. I will definitely use Junk Genie again because of their staff.

I contacted Junk Genie and things seemed to go smoothly at first. I had recently pulled out some small trees and branches and needed the pile of debris taken away before I was having a new fence put in. I set an appointment for them to come, they confirmed it, but that morning came and no one showed up. I called later in the morning to check in and they said they were having some issues and couldn't do the job. They explained why, said they'd try to fix their issue and get back to me, but they never got back to me. Days later I had to again reach out to find out what was going on, and I was then told that they wouldn't be able to do the job. Whenever I talked to or emailed with them they were professional. But the lower ratings are for the times they didn't call me to say they weren't coming, and when they couldn't do the job. If I knew that I could have gotten someone else to do it a lot more quickly.

They were extremely easy to work with in setting up an appointment. They were later than the scheduled time by about an hour and a half - but they kept in contact with me and let me know the status. Once they arrived, they quickly removed everything I needed - even breaking down an old heavy desk that would have been a nightmare for me to move. All-in-all they were great to work with and I would recommend highly.
