I really hate leaving these types of reviews but seems like the only way to get their attention. Heritage installed a radon system in our new home in '13. I've called and emailed 4 times in the last 2 weeks to schedule a time for someone to stop by and take a look at some noise we are having within the system. Perhaps they are very busy but if you tell a customer that you are going to call them back and go radio silent on them? Maybe they don't want to stand by their work? Perhaps they are too busy with new business? This is making for a really bad experience. I'll be willing to revise this review if I have an opportunity to talk with someone about the issue we are having.

Very well! Needed work done quickly due to closing on home. They scheduled us, but said they would call if they got a cancellation. They did call, and came in plenty of time for the closing.

They canceled our appointment on the morning they were supposed to visit the house, explaining they don't serve my neighborhood. I gave them my address two months earlier when I first reached out for a price quote, so my location was never a mystery. This was especially inconvenient because I had taken the morning off work. I can't evaluate the quality of their remediation services — they didn't give me a chance! — but their communication appears to be poor. They did refer me to another provider, so that was at least nice.
