Description of Work: My septic alarm went off in the night. Chad was out first thing and replaced the float which had failed. He also advised me that the pump was nearing the end of its usefulness. He replace both quickly and at a very fair price. A few weeks later my alarm went off again. It seems the new float got tangled up and was not functioning. Chad shortened the float and all was good!

Description of Work: I had Chad come and do an inspection on my tank, very polite, knows what he is doing and is able to explain it well.
