I contracted Country Scape 8 months ago and spent over $50k. Now, Pete, the owner, refuses to warrant their work. We have issues with some of the pavers, and I've been trying to get Pete to come out to fix things. He kept giving me the runaround and just lashed out at me when I called him. Pete will run to you when it's time to get paid but good luck trying to get him or his team to come if there is an issue.

We needed to redo the landscaping in the backyard. Called Country Scape, (which was recommended by two neighbors), and another landscape company. Pete came out, listened to what I wanted, and took some measurements. Within 48 hrs., Pete came back with a landscape plan. He had some ideas I hadn't thought of and liked, but also chose some plants I wasn't crazy about. He suggested I go look at them at the nursery. In the meantime, I had the other company come out. He drew up a plan on the spot, and pretty much chose the same plants Country Scape had. Price wise, both companies were in the same ballpark. I chose Country Scape for the job because of the neighbors recommendations and I liked his ideas. The work was done about 2 wks. later. The guys finished in two days and did a great job. They came when they said they would, and cleaned up afterwords. When we can afford it, we will call them to do the front of the house.
Description of Work: Re sodded lawn, added a flagstone patio, flagstone bed border, and outcropping stones. Also planted 15 shrubs, 1 tree, and various ground covers. Lastly, they mulched all the beds.
